My husband & I recently visited Cozy Home because we were in need of 5 rooms of furniture, our plan was to visit several different furniture stores to compare options available. We did not need to go to any other stores, the variety of items & the quality of the furniture available was fantastic! The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. One item that we were interested in didn't happen to be in the Brookfield showroom because it was sold the day before, however the staff member contacted the showroom in Poughkeepsie, and they showed us the piece thru FaceTime instead of just a picture on a tablet.
