Factory Connection — Local services in Brookhaven

I've honestly never had service at any other store, restaurant, anywhere in my entire life as I have at this store with the teacher who works there, she is a Brazilian woman. She is beautiful inside and out. I wish I knew her name. I am going to try to find out because this woman is truly a hidden gem. I will not go shopping anywhere else for as long as she is working there. That is what amazing service can do Everyone who left a bad review or had a bad experience here, I challenge u to return to the store now & if u have a bad experience I WILL PAY U 50$ for ur waidted fine & gas.... No one will complain about you feeding your child, she does not have a disrespectful bone in her body, she has a service like mentality, you do not meet many people like this in your life.... Somehow I've never been to this store. Many years ago I went to the location in McComb and didn't feel the styles were for me so I never tried again. Today a window display caught my eye and I decided to check it out. They are very well organized although they could use signage for plus sizes and junior/miss but it was easy to figure out. I tried on quite a few things although they didn't work out. I will definitely be back to try this store again another day! I was able to find three items from the home goods/gift section though so it was a fun shopping experience. The three ladies working today were all super sweet...

I was disrespected and told I couldn’t breastfeed in the store in December 10 2021 by Dana the manager that it was disrespectful and rude to breastfeed and “ SHOW THAT MUCH”, while I have breastfed 3 children throughout 3 years in this store numerous times and I also was getting a bigger sized pants to be able to go pay but got stopped and told that I needed to go to my vehicle to sit in the fitting room to feed my baby because my belly was showing!
