With out a doubt they hold the number one phone company in the Ms,La,Alabama, Tennessee, they expanded far and wide. The have made a lot of updates in the past 2 years to update the wifi in country side. So that everyone one In the country could have better service. I have been with them for about 22 years and I have unlimited data plan. But it was all around great place to go for your phone service. I created Facebook advertising and website 5years ago with a galaxy s3 and now I have worked hard to help them become number one. Bigcountry loud and proud to announce this with everyone. Absolutely the worse service I have ever seen. Went to get my daughter her first phone and they lied. We were told with a new line her phone would be free, well next week I get a bill and was charged $829.00. I called numerous times speaking to customer service and a MANAGER from the Brookhaven store would call me, they never did. I called back, oh yea believe it or not the stores don’t have a number you can call. Never had a manager or supervisor call me.

Been with them for 30 years and treated like this.
