I recently moved to brookings, ( July 2011 ) I smoke a pipe and had some trouble locating filters and other supplies. the local tobacco store didn't even know what a pipe filter was. After deciding to make a monthly visit to crescent city to get my supplies. I stopped at Kathy's after making one such trip to get a soda, I asked Kathy if she knew anyone who sold pipe filters, at which point she produced a package of said filters. No... not my experience. Walking up 5mins prior to closing and watched the open light close and the door locked. Then witness it open as walking back open for a pizza delivery guy. Followed him up to ask... and she said “were closed”. End of story. Door shut in face experience. ...
