I just recently became a customer of GFS and I'll be honest, with this particular location I really did not care for it. I wanted to get a case of cheese and a case of steak fries for my business but neither was available so I had to pay $15 per bag of cheese so I only grabbed 2. They did not have the steak fries at all. And they still had a problem finding my customer number so I was not happy with that. But the young ladies that rang me up were very nice and polite. Update: GFS prices are almost as high as Sysco prices. This company does not care about your business at all. My salesman had told me that I would have two weeks to pay but nope everybody only gets one week. Numerous times my orders were messed up, all three times that I allowed them to deliver to the business and the worst part is after I gave them a key within a week I was robbed! Don't trust...

It didnt have the BBQ sauce in it. It took me a few days to take it back, but when i did the guy tells me there was one missing. I guess there is supposed to be three in a box. Well i can honestly say i had no idea what he was saying because i have never even bought this here before. I didnt even know what to say. Im.sure it happens. And i should have demanded a refund. Read moreOrdered 13 juices for pickup. Realized I needed 30 so I ordered another 17. These were paid for online. Did not anticipate problems.
The next morning I get a voicemail asking if I needed 17 or 30. I tried returning the call but nobody answers the phone there. When you get to the store you see why, they’re understaffed and one lady is both the cashier and customer service and order pickup.
So of course they only had 13. I had made the call that doing this was just worth the time of not juicing, so then I got to wait an extra hour.
