7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Parma

I go to 7 Brew DAILY. It is ridiculous how much I spend on my 7Brew addiction every week. This is the worst Cleveland area location. The line always take forever. Probably because of all of the remakes they have to do. I ordered a large hot breve, was given a cup half full of FOAM. It's called a foam spoon. USE THEM. NO ONE WANTS A CUP OF FOAM!!!!! They also measured my shots out of a communal cup of shots that had been brewed and sitting for lord knows how long. By the time they made it into my drink it was bitter as hell. The whole staff needs to be replaced with the exception of a few. I will NEVER be back to this location. I've given them 3 tries and never again. I go to the Pearl Rd, Middleburg, and Pleasant Valley locations only. They actually know what they're doing there. They have been open for too long to still be having these issues. Went a few times during opening week.

Staff was very friendly and the drinks were delicious.

However, the one day I went the girl did not listen to what I said nor did anyone think about the drink being made.

I specified multiple times that I could not have dairy, nothing from a cow. I spent the entire night beyond sick.

The next day I went back and found out that the recipe was entered with regular and almond milk.

I was extremely upset that the girl did not listen to me or question two kinds of milk in the drink. Same with the person who made the drink.

I learned that they don’t really pay attention so I have to handle my orders with kid gloves and ask them to show me the order...

Very discombobulated cars mid drive-through are getting their drinks before cars that are pulled under the Awning. I am the fourth car in line and I already got my drink now I’m waiting on other cars to move and I’ve been here for about 15 minutes already. I think I’ll stick to Parma Heights 7Brew I gave this place two weeks to get better because I knew they were newly opening. It’s definitely a wrap.
