Tokyo Japanese Cuisine — Restaurant in Brooklyn

I have eaten their cuisine several times. The food is fresh. They have great service and the atmosphere is wonderful. The restaurant is clean and well-kept both inside and outside. I have usually been pleased with the food. However, I demand consistency and full disclosure of any restaurant I frequent. I love their house salad. It features plenty of sliced avocado and an intriguing delightful brown dressing which keeps me coming back for more. Although, my recent experience with the salad was lacking. There was no brown dressing at all. That component makes all the difference. I don't know if the chef or recipe changed. Also, sliced avocado was replaced with a few pieces of diced avocado which was less avocado than I usually receive. Secondly, I ordered a sushi roll which features crap meat. It was actually imitation crab meat and I do not eat that ever. The menu should state it is not real crab meat. I would have ordered something else instead. I am still going to visit their restaurant, I will just be wise...

Came on a whim with my family as we were in the area. The inside was very spacious and clean which was great as we came with young kids. Based on the signage they opened recently.

Came during weekend lunch and got some sushi rolls, ramen, and chicken hibachi. Service was fast, attentive, and friendly. The ramen broth is beef-based which was interesting but still good. In terms of fat content, the broth was not super thick but also not thin either. Great noodle texture. Chicken was tender and not overcooked. Lunch menu portions were HUGE and price was very affordable.

My only suggestions - ramen eggs were on the salty side but great in terms of the yolk texture. Soy sauce containers had a tendency to drip. All minor. We will...

Been looking for a good ramen place around town for a while. Went here with my friends, asked the waitress to be honest and tell me if the ramen was actually good. She said she was new but the customers she’s served have all said it’s good and finished their bowls.

I gave it a shot and it was delicious! At last, a place that serves good ramen! It was a soba noodle ramen with pork. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the broth was tastey, and the pork was delicious and nearly melted in my mouth. The chef was amazing, I was so happy eating it.

There were a few jitters with the service since it’s a new place and you can tell the building used to be a Pizza Hut or whatever, but who cares, the food is really great.
