I’m glad I got a diagnoses of what was wrong with my phone at another store because they wanted to over charge me & not even diagnose the device . Since my device is 2013 any battery issue is covered by Apple . Since my phone battery was completely damaged I didn’t have to pay to repair . I had a small crack on back so paid 29 $ because I have coverage. But they wanted to charge me 99$ for accidental damage without checking diagnoses . Horrible . Read moreHonestly I have very high rates for this place. I walked in with an iPhone 7plus that I’d left aside. It was completely intact but somehow it just didn’t work. They actually tried to do all that was possible to fix it but it had something to do with the motherboard. I also had a separate iPhone 7 Plus that was just a complete shattered screen and dented frame. They worked their magic and with both phones I was able to get one complete functional phone. The screen did start to act up but I took it back and they fixed it with no extra charge. I will tell you it was a very reasonable price for all the work that got done.
