I went ahead to return some items to the store with my receipt at hand and the items. As soonest I placed the items at the counter the cashier question on one of the mark down items. She asked me for the reason and I proceed to answer. Then she called her supervisor a young girl who told me that my item couldn’t be returned since it was open. I told her I understood but that the item was already marked down and open before it was purchased. KAYLEEN was kind enough to asked her Manager HECTOR which agree to proceed with the return which it was good news. At the time of the process the cashier asked me for the card that I had used for the transaction and right before swiping she said “mam that is not the right card”. I told her that it was since I only own 3 and non had the same # that the receipt stated. She insisted not to swipe my card and I keep insisting that it was the correct one. After a while the manager came and asked me to move a side while I called the bank so they could hear and see that my card was the correct one. After an hour waiting for a rep to explain the incompetent Manager HECTOR and the associate KAYLEEN that my transaction was actually paid with my card, the bank and I decided to put a dispute over the truthful transaction. On that waiting period the Manager HECTOR said “if you don’t like it I can just give you a gift receipt”. I told him no since it was ridiculous that he wouldn’t allow me swipe the correct card. At the end the reason why the receipt stated another card # was because I had done my purchase with APPLE PAY! NO ONE HAD FIGURED IT OUT! Including myself but I decided to read the receipt with detail, and at the button of the card # it said “CONTACTLESS” transaction which it meant I had paid with Apple Pay! I never say this but seriously couldn’t they be more incompetent than the lack of training they had! They responded with “ we didn’t know about Apple Pay” “it’s something new for us”. I can not believe that after all this we going through (the pandemic)they don’t know about APPLE PAY! I showed them they have it all over their wall, register and counters and they DONT KNOW ABOUT APPLE PAY? They made me waist my valuable time for no reason and not only that they humiliated me in front of associates and customers. Worst customer service ever and lack of training!
Just remember MANAGER: HECTOR (lack of customer service and overwhelmed guy) Associate: KAYLEEN (very young girl and inexperienced)

I got stopped by the police in my way to this store which made me late. I got to the store no more than 4min to close. I explained the manger who was on the door my problem. I was in a trip and I bough a doggie cushion that I needed to return that day due not fitting in my car but there was a problem with the receipt . The management of this store ( 3 professional ladies) tried to find out what was wrong with my receipts , kindly were trying to find the solution to my problem and they did. I really appreciated the help, I wouldn't be able to sleep that night in my car if they didn't find the solution. This's the kind of professional treatment I expect as a costumer....
