Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Brownwood

My wife and I love to have a Blast (her Reese peanut butter cup and I Snicker). First time we got our treat and left. We arrived at the park to consume our ice cream. My wife had a butterfinger blast and I had a cup of ice cream with a very small amount of snickers on top. Disappointed but thankful we had something sweet. Next time we wanted our favorite treat, we stoped at this sonic restaurant to order, received our treat and headed home. I dug into my blast and it was something that looked like snickers but tasted like a mixture of many different candies and my wife’s blast was a mixture of caramel and butterfinger candy. Today, we stopped to get our favorite dessert and to my disappointment my blast was a caramel sauce with something else and a small amount of snickers. I’m not one to complain much, but this is the last straw. How hard is it to read a screen and put these ingredients into the order? That is their only purpose! I won’t be back. I will go to Early...

I go to Sonics all over central TX. And they are very hit and miss. This one has a habit of ignoring online orders and just doing what they want. Extra chocolate syrup? Nope, very light and barely mixed in. No ice in a 44oz drink? Ha, you get 32 Oz ice and 12 Oz drink. And ice cream machine not working? No refund but a swap for a rt44 lemonade - so $8 for two drinks that should have been $4, and are all ice. The other Brownwood location isn't much better most of the time. Made the mistake going back again.The lemon cream was totally unmixed.Nothing but lemon slush at the bottom and solid ice cream at the top.So fake that there's no way you can get it through a straw.Love Paying $6 for a drink that...

The food is correct maybe 70% of the time , ur lucky if u get the sauces u asked for. IF u do get them, they give u one after asking for extra. But really, my biggest problem is their tea. I can tell they don’t clean the container they make it in often, because just about every 3 weeks it DOES taste good and fresh. Then for those next 3 weeks it tastes worse and worse. Not to mention the SWEET tea tastes so watered down half the time; that I can’t even tell it’s supposed to be sweet. Like as if anytime they make a cup of tea they just dump water in to top it off n call it a day.
