Target — Local services in Brunswick

Probably one of the WORST targets I’ve been in ever. That says a lot compared to the locations near Washington DC. I say that to say the customer service is trash. Why do all these people say that people are friendly? They are the opposite. I haven’t met one person in this damn store that’s friendly. The bathrooms are dirty, that along should be a health code violation in fact I should report that. They 100 percent do not stand by their cat and jack policy of a one year satisfaction guarantee. I went to customer service and the foreign girl had no clue. She calls this balding manager over in a weird floral shirt. He refused to honor it. I asked him to show me in writing where it says that. He in fact could not. Highly disappointed and don’t recommend...

Our local Target in Brunswick is ridiculous. I had to pick up something from target early in the am. Before work.. so i got there around 7:55am before it open at 8am. Old lady ( customer) stands at the door and someone comes to open it.. so i go up. Employee tells me they aren’t open yet. And before anyone makes a comment.. the old lady didn’t work there she had her pocket book and wasn’t in any kind of uniform. The world we live is. People just judge who they want.. our target always has been bad.. but dang the level of ignorance. I hope they shut down one day , maybe I’ll pray for that. ( ps. I really wanted to give them a no star. ) wouldn’t recommend if you ever in town.. i would just go to the next town target!!...

target app is good, the drive up experience is not very good. the packaging was already broken before it is sent to my vehicle. I left the note in the app "put it at the back seat", the worker opened my truck and tried to squeeze the thing inside regardless the half-loaded truck and the item condition. I had to get off the car and open the back door, let him know that I want it at the back seat. After the unpleasant experience, I had to briefly check if I received the returned item, or were anything damaged during every process? Luckily the answer is no. I did not ask for any service because it is a drive-up and I did not expect anything from a worker, he might just have a...
