Please note the 3 pictures attached. One shows the distance between the back of the booth and edge of table. The second shows the distance between me and the table. Last is for reference for time and where seated. I’m a 69 year old lady that’s 4’ 8” tall. I have many health problems including osteoporosis with back and hip problems. When Nicole seated me, this is the booth I was taken to. It was in the bar. When I asked for a table and said I didn’t want to sit in the bar area, I was told I could sit somewhere else if I wanted to wait in the front again. They were continuously seating people in the other area of the restaurant at this time. During this time my sweet waitress was looking across in the other area trying to find me a table. I proceeded to show Nicole how far I was away from the table. I told her if I sat comfortably, I’d strow my food close to two feet across my clothes. The solution she provided was for me to spread my jacket across my clothes to keep the food off my clothes. The waitress pointed out to Nicole that I couldn’t do that because it’d mess up my jacket. Now! I have a great sense of humor. However, this tops anything I’ve ever experienced even while traveling to many states with my job before I retired. I worked with USDA. I have 2 questions. First, is it your policy to not try to comply with a customers situation with seating. Second, do you train your employees to recommend a customer use their jacket to protect their clothes from food due to their physical problems? Thank you! S. Bryant

Drove over an hour to eat Longhorns, had a screw in my sweet potato. Thankfully I picked around my food before I ate it. I let our waiter know, he sent the manager over to take our plate. She did offer to remake it but at that point I didn’t want anything from there and wanted to leave. They took it off our bill, she came back to let us know the kitchen was missing a screw out of the lid that goes on the potatoes. Someone should have been inspecting food a little better before sending it out. I could have broke a tooth biting down on that, or if I swallowed it things could have been worse. My young son was with us, I would have been even more livid had it been in his food. You shouldn’t have to scan plates with metal detectors, or maybe you should. I don’t know what the right answer to this type of situation would be but offering to remake my food and acting like it wasn’t a big deal at all wasn’t ok with me. I will not be back to this location.

Wish my visit would’ve been better. Came to eat here while I was working in this area. I asked for for a high top table they had some open but said they didn’t have a server, which is understandable, finally a spot open in the bar and I was able to grab a seat, lady was very nice but overwhelmed since she had long pauses before bringing menu, taking an order, and such. For my luck, I got a cold steak/ribeye, seeing how things were I decided just to eat it cold but it was very disappointing. I asked for Medium and it was Medium well at best. Seemed like it got overcooked as it sat still for too long. I believe either the waitress was busy and forgot to bring my food or the chef didn’t notify her that my food was ready to be served. The mash potatoes were yummy and hot but I came to have a nice dinner and got cold steak - 🥶

I called the location at 2:08pm to ask for seating for a large party of 20. The lady I spoke to said at least 35-45 minutes, but an hour to be sure. No problem, we’ll wait. They said my husband would receive a text when it was time. While I was at Starbucks passing the time, my husband got a text saying “steak is approx 15 minutes away, check in when you arrive”. Then another one that said “we’re looking for you. Here? Check in with your hostess stand.” Then received a third message that our reservation was canceled. Since I was stuck in line at Starbucks, my cousin went in and let them know we were there. They told her it would be an hour wait. When I called to find out about the text saying to come in, the man who answered was EXTREMELY rude. He said with the biggest attitude, “We didn’t text you. Can you read me the text? Just because it said come in doesn’t mean your table is ready, it doesn’t say that”. Then he said “there is going to be an hour wait”. I asked him if he means an hour from when I first called at 2:08, or an hour starting all over again from right then, which was now 2:52. He says “It’s an hour wait”, refusing to clarify. Acted like I was such a bother for trying to eat there. A lady in the background kept yelling “I told her it was going to be an hour. I told her it was going to be an hour”. Again, in such a rude and disrespectful way! Instead of trying to resolve or clarify anything, the man set the phone down and left it in the counter as they went about their day, came back a bit later and hung up. This is completely unacceptable! I have never had any restaurant be so rude before! We just wanted to sit down and enjoy a meal as a family after not all being together for 7 years, and instead we get extremely rude service and waited 45 minutes for nothing. I’ll say it again, we haven’t seen our family for SEVEN years and this how we were treated, when we were just trying to spend quality time together. We had hungry children and elderly, all the kids started crying saying they were hungry. Clearly they do not like big parties, or something. We left to go to Olive Garden and the people there were amazing! They seemed happy to have us there, and provided amazing...

The Brunswick, GA restaraunt was very clean, tidy, and organized to seat many people.

It was a bit crowded on this Saturday night, but that is to be expected.

We ended up waiting around 35 minutes, but the greeter was honest and upfront about how long it may be. It was 35 minutes waiting on the nose. Not a minute more or less as promised.

The staff were friendly, and the food arrived quickly. Our appetizer was forgotten and didnt come until we asked after recieving our entree - but no problem there as we had bread and salad to enjoy before the entree.

The Ribeye dinner was well-priced for the amount of food it was, and the quality was absolutely succulent. Best steak I've had, truly.

The only complaint I have is that the waitress didn't refill our drinks or water, or check on us except to leave the bill and take our order. But given that the place was a madhouse filled with hungry customers, it is expected. Especially when a table of twenty people had to be arranged for on short notice nearby.

Regarding price, it's a steak joint. But they do have cheaper options than steak, making it quite affordable to most. Steaks seem to run around 20$, burgers and other non-steak entrees around 10-15$, and appetizers around 9$. Per one person, you can expect to spend around 20 bucks. Given that you can easily spend that much at lower quality restaraunts, that makes this place a winner and new staple in my book. (Prices based on Jan 2019 prices.)

I believe the experience will likely be better during non-popular hours. But due to the quality of the food and cheerful attitudes of the staff even during such a storm of people, I highly...
