We decided to eat Mexican cuisine and chose Tacos Don Pancho. We have dined in at least a dozen or more different Mexican restaurants over the years and as a rule we enjoy the food and beverages. We decided on ordering for the both of us 2 separate house nachos. The menu descriptions for this meal which included shredded chicken, cheese, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, and chili peppers seemed to resemble other nacho plates we have ordered in Mexican restaurants. So this was the rationale for our selection. We also ordered their draft beers. Our nachos were served after a normal wait time of about 20 minutes along with our beers. The beers were of good quality and cold. So as 2 hungry customers we began to consume the nacho meals. What a letdown! The nachos they used to prepare the plate differed than those they served with their salsa. They were bland in taste and the whole plate of nachos was soggy with the use of watery shredded chicken and added sour cream that made it worse instead of enhancing the flavor! So we ended up eating half of our soggy nachos and chalked this up as one of the worst Mexican restaurants we dined at. Not planning to return. We concluded that our at home created nacho plates were superior to the meal we had been served. We certainly don’t recommend ordering food here unless you’re not picky about the quality. Oh, the only positive point was the final cost! It was not an expensive meal, and it shouldn’t have considering what...

I was visiting the area for the first time and wanted to take my Family out for Father's Day so I called in advance. Well the girl on the phone was very short in her response and didn't offer much options. I managed to place my simple order and arrive in 10 minutes. We were not greeted with a Hello just the total for our order and a blank stare. Then she asked me to repeat my drink order which I had given over the phone and in person. When I noticed my drinks were incorrect and mentioned it to her. She literally said with and attitude, "Do you have a problem?" I tried not to engage because I just wanted to have my meal with my family. She started arguing back and forth with my Mother, yet still was making no effort to correct it. The Manager came and was nice and simply changed the drink. I've never had someone be so rude for something so simply. She simply threw our things in the bag and walked off. The food was decent but it was a very Sour way to have Father's Day dinner. Perhaps some customer service training would be useful. Your greeter is your first line of customer service and that will make or break you potential for profit. I wouldn't come again just because I don't feel I would be treated nicely you don't want to eat where people don't make you...

Yesterday was my first time going to this establishment with friends. When we arrived we ordered drinks and talked they bought us chips and salsa. The salsa had entirely too much black pepper so we asked for queso. When ordering two of us ordered the burritos. When they came to the table the fries had too much black pepper on them and the burrito was bland and had no taste. When the waiter returned to the table we told her we didn't like the food and I asked would I be able to get something else. She then stated it'll be fine someone would come over and talk to us about the order. When the lady came to the table she didn't greet us or anything her first words was and what was wrong with the food. After we talked with her about the food her husband then proceeds to come over and he had the most narcissistic demanding way about him. I've worked in customer service for over 15 years and when dealing with customers you have to be polite and have respect and this establishment lacks that. I will never return to their place of business nor tell any of my...

As a national traveler seeking out locally owned establishments to support, it's important to highlight both positive and negative experiences. On 05-11-2025 around 11:15, a visit to a supposed street taco joint unraveled disappointments. The chips weren't homemade, salsa was average, and the "Street Tacos" fell short of authenticity. The meats like lengua, tripe, and Buche had good flavors, but the ground beef was off-putting. Portion sizes were meager, with sides of rice barely filling half a cup. Service lacked attentiveness, with servers neglecting refills and prematurely clearing dishes. The final blow came with an overpriced bill, exceeding menu prices. In essence, this dining experience left much to be desired, leading to a firm decision against revisiting this establishment. Sharing such experiences is crucial for informed choices and better dining adventures.

I stopped by on my way to work and ordered the special to go, 2 chicken tacos with rice and beans, chips and salsa for $7. It was delicious and really hit the spot! It was ready in less than 10 minutes and had everything I ordered and needed like fork and napkins. The service was fast, friendly and efficient and the salsa was really good. Some times restaurant salsa tastes like ketchup with pepper and onion but Tacos Don Pancho’s did not. It tasted like fresh made with just the right amount of cilantro. It wasn’t too hot either. I’d also like to mention that I was given just the right amount of food. I felt satisfied with none left over which is great because I don’t need that much food at one time and it’s not as good warmed up later. I will definitely be back again to see what else is good on the menu. Thank you Tacos Don Pancho! I was really hungry and in a hurry.

Be aware!!! They say that they have vegetarian options but they put lard on their beans. Thanks for the honesty of servers. I don’t eat meat and this is my first time not having beans on my burrito. Very disappointed. And to top it off, they charged me for the glass of water. First time in my life that I’m getting charged for a glass of water with no ice. Hopefully nobody gets charged extra for the ice. Overall, the veggies and rice in the burrito were flavorful and the salsa bar was great! They need to give more options to call the burrito vegetarian. Not just take out the meat and call it vegetarian. You can work on a meat substitute, like the impossible meat, tofu, or even offer beans without the lard. Again, I’m very thankful that the server was very honest with me and very nice.
