I would normally give this location more stars, but my experience today was one star. I have been coming to this location DAILY for years, AT LEAST 10+, and have never experienced anything like I did today. I placed a mobile order at 7:30 am. I arrived at 8:00 am to get it and it was not ready. My breakfast sandwich was (and it was cold, which was fine because it did take me 30 minutes to get there, but just goes to show they’d received my order a while ago). I was kind of upset, but I understood because they were busy. There were several people working and the ones making the drinks and food were working nonstop, but there were a few standing there staring at all of us who were waiting. I spoke with one of the ladies making drinks and she told me she would be right with me. When it got to the point where I was going to be late for work, I called my coworker and asked her to pick up the drink for me (she was off today), which has never been an issue. I even attempted to call to ahead to make sure there wouldn't be an issue but the phone rang nonstop. She went through the drive thru and asked for my order, and received a NASTY attitude from one of the ladies working there. She was a short girl wearing glasses. She tried to give her the wrong order, and when my coworker said something, she tried arguing with her about it and asked her if I'd called and spoke to someone. My coworker showed her the order AND told her I'd try to call and she still received a bad attitude from her. When my coworker confronted her about her nasty demeanor, she ignored her. One of the ladies who worked there stepped in (she's always very kind and I wish I remembered her name) and she was finally able to get my drink, a whole HOUR later at 8:30, which turned out to be made incorrectly and did not include the add-ins I paid extra for. I don't normally write bad reviews and just chalk bad attitudes up to them having a bad day, but this was unacceptable. I have always been understanding of the wait times, of the mistakes, of things being out of stock, but to receive an attitude for a mistake on their end is not something I will tolerate. I have tried to call back into the store to get her name but received no response. My coworker has also frequented this location over the last several years and she will not be going back due to her terrible experience. Read moreIf you are vegan or lactose intolerant do not i repeat do NOT come to this establishment. My wife and I went in and ordered 2 drinks, and asked for non dairy substitutions. First off the clerk struggled to ring up our order and had to have brandon the mangers assistance. After the order was placed we patiently waited as they filled others orders in front of us til we were the only two customers. We walked up to the counter when we heard the barista start to call out our order " Gran..." when the clerk rusher over to have her put my drink in the sink and begin to wipe off the whipped cream and looked back to see if we were watching. My wife and i immediately were horrified and asked for a refund. As the barista pours my drink out she pulls my wifes drink out of the sink and also disposes of it then proceeds to move to put up cows milk which apparently was used in our drinks as well instead of coconut milk which we had requested. When i asked for the refund the clerk told brandon thru the headset and ran to the back. At that very moment im guessing she was communicating with the staff thru the headsets because they ALL started to laugh and look over at us. I have never had customer service like this. Read moreThis store has really gone down hill. It is always EXTREMELY DIRTY. The employees are loud and rude. There is one young latina girl who is always very rude, I even watched her yell at a customer before. In the morning, they do nothing but loudly yell at each other. At night, they do nothing but talk poorly about customers. There is one manager who I see more outside on her phone vaping than I do actually working. When she IS working, she's rude, never talks to customers, and generally off-putting. There is one tall guy with cat ears on who is always just standing around and staring at people instead of doing anything to help. In my most recent visit, I was there later than usual to study and had to listen to an employee loudly make very insensitive "impressions" of an Indian man only to find out he is a MANAGER?? Then they spent the rest of the night plotting how to get another manager replaced and talking about how bad that manager is. Whoever Derrek is: watch out, they really do not like you! They complain about every single person they work with and any task they have to do. This store is wildly inappropriate and no longer a place I enjoy spending time at.
