Trustworthy. That could sum up my experience with Mario of Appliance Outfitters in Bryan, TX. If you're like me you've been burned repeatedly by Home Depot and Lowes, and their worthless extended warranties, the three week delays to get service, the runaround. When I went into Appliance Outfitters in Bryan I didnt know what to expect, but as I spoke with Mario it became more and more apparent I was talking to a solid, decent man. He was straight forward and as each moment passed I was more and more convinced I was in the right place, so I bought a refrigerator and an oven, both at fair prices and both with a 30 day return/replacement warranty, then the full factory warranty afterwards. Low and behold I had a problem with the oven and had to return it the next day. Mario hooked me up with a replacement, lickety-split, while he apologized profusely for my inconvenience. Believe me, had that exact same thing happened with a corporate chain Id of had to go through miles of red tape and would have been screaming curse words before I got it resolved. I will NEVER buy another Appliance anywhere else, ever. I am telling you now that you can trust Mario. And since Mario works with the others there, I guarantee you he is making sure everyone does the right things. God as my witness the words I've written are absolutely true. This is the highest, strongest recommendation I have ever given anyone. The Appliance business can be a tough business I guess, some shady players, like the corporate chains who offer a 7 day replacement from date of sale then deliver it on the eighth day, for example. I recently visited Appliance Outfitters and met the sales manager Mario. He was very helpful, knew the products, and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, my dryer quit working so Aaron and Dillan came to my phouse and did some troubleshooting. They are also knowledgeable and knew right away the problem.My 25 year old dryer died. The last dryer I purchased was used and it lasted forever so I decided to purchase another used dryer. We are retired and my husband has back issues but thanks to Appliance Outfitter they are delivering my dryer tomorrow, taking away the dead one , and installing my “new to me “ dryer. We've bought everything from washers to dryers to ovens here, and have never had anything but prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful guidance. We've never felt pressured, they take the time to listen to what we need.
