Flawless Florals — Local services in Bryan

I’m not sure where all of these good reviews for delivery is coming from. I ordered my wonderful girlfriend a bouquet of flowers for delivery. I live halfway across the country, so I couldn’t not pick them up. I can’t speak on their in-store service, but I can sure advise you to never let them deliver flowers. Here’s why:

1. When placing an order, the option to choose a date and time of delivery is just completely disabled, so I had no way of knowing when these flowers were going to be delivered, timely delivery for flowers is important because they’re typically for occasions like birthdays, celebrations, or national holidays. There also is no option to leave a note for the person receiving them. Only their name.
2. They don’t answer their phone. Ever. I called 2 times and left a message, my girlfriend called 3 times and left 2 messages, and her mother called 2 times and left a message. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in return.
3. The flowers weren’t even in water when they were delivered. They were just propped up against the door, wrapped in some type of brown laminated newspaper, baking in the Texas heat for hours. The website showed these flowers wrapped in pretty purple paper to match the flowers.
4. The flowers didn’t even last a weak. Heck, they hardly made it a few days with good care. The flowers were droopy and ruined from the moment my girlfriend received them. I paid over $70 for these flowers when I paid $15 for a bouquet at Kroger that lasted a month! I wish I didn’t have to leave this review. But they don’t answer their phone, so there’s no way I can be helped.

Kalinda is amazing! She hosted my daughter’s 17th birthday party and had the guests build their own bouquets! The location was cozy, beautiful & very decorated. We had brought in food for light meal and was able to use the kitchen to prep for the meal. Our guests loved putting together their own bouquets and take lots of pictures by the photo wall.
