Edit as of Jan 2020, adding a star because the service has gotten noticably better over time. I don't even remember the last time anything was wrong, they've been so much more reliable. The service is not fast, but it is usually hot food which makes up for the speed any day of the week. I'll be patient for those fresh fries! I also went through the drive through today with my dog in the passenger seat and while we waited they brought me a chicken strip to give to her, which really made my day and certainly made my dog's!
Original review - I really don't want to dislike this location, because it's within walking distance of my house and I love Whataburger. The problem is, I eat enough Whataburger that it becomes noticable when a location has quality issues. If I had to guess, about 2 out of every 5 of my orders is wrong. Usually a minor thing, paid for a large and got a medium, asked for no onions and got onions, whatever. Today made me upset though, because we went through the drive through (which we rarely do), and when I ordered my #2 with only cheese and mayo (3 ingredients.) The lady asked me how many slices of cheese (which was a weird question imo) and then clarified "so that's only bun, meat, cheese, and mayonnaise, correct?" And I said yes. So we paid, got our food, drove home, and I unwrapped a burger that had no cheese at all, no mayonnaise at all, but with lettuce and tomato. On a normal day, I could just throw a couple of slices of cheese on it and some mayo, but I was so upset that I drove back to ask them to fix it. Angela was at the counter and was very apologetic and made me feel better instantly. So I took my replacement, thanked them, and drove home. I just unwrapped the burger again, and it's a single instead of a double. I'm probably more upset than I should be, I'm writing this review after all, but I'm just so sick of this location not paying attention to the details. They routinely take 30+ minutes to deliver food to us during peak times, you'd think that at some point during that time they would check to make sure they're making the food correctly....

Ordered a Patty Melt meal here in the drive thru (the burger was ok tasting) around 5:30pm on a Sunday but you could tell the order was rushed(as the burger was done sloppily) even though there werenât that many people in line at the drive thru. When I come at a hour thatâs not busy, I expect better and more attention paid to my order.
As well as this, I ordered a unsweet tea but was given a diet coke, which I didnât find out until moving from the drive thru pick up window. I never think that a customer should have to check if every detail of their order is correct as that is the job of the employees who build the order, but this Whataburger location really tests my trust with that now as coming here is more a inconvenience than a convenience! This is isnât the first time this has happened either at this location. I always rate customer service by how much attention employees pay to details and this Whataburger is NOT IT! In fact, I wasnât given a receipt(or the ketchup I asked for) or asked if I wanted one so thatâs why I made my review here on google since I couldnât do it via the website. Further regarding food quality, the fries were terrible as well since they were crunchier than usual(not necessarily a bad thing), but also very stale(which was AWFUL) as if they were fried more than once just to fulfill orders on time. That being said, I believe some employees at this restaurant are cutting corners/have no pride in the service they are providing even with how simple of orders they have to fulfill. Therefore, I genuinely give this restaurant a 1 to almost 2 star rating for poor quality of food and poor customer service.    Read moreThis Whataburger is very horrible and horrifying itâs a nightmare when you walk in there very dirty and extremely rude people very unprofessional sadly to say I came last night at 4 AM and they completely messed up my order I didnât even went to go to this Location my wife is pregnant and they put mustard on my wifeâs burger and we pacifically told them no mustard or ketchup just plain meat and cheese however they still decided to do it their way I contacted a manager unfortunately again sadly to say they wouldnât give me a refund for the order that got messed up that was their fault even though the manager said to me over the phone if you have a receipt or the food we could give you a refund theyâre just major con artist and want to take all the money you have for their benefit on top of that all of the food we ordered was ice cold we ordered four taquitos and the guy upfront specified bacon cheese egg and potato right and we confirmed that and told him yes however they still failed our order and he charges extra for the hashbrowns even though he specified and repeated potato on the taquito all in all if I was a DOG I wouldnât even eat it or feed it to a homeless man thatâs how bad they are do not spend your money HERE AT THIS Whataburger GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO A FAST FOOD Restaurant again I repeat do not people go to this location Iâm lucky my wife did not have allergic reaction even though sheâs allergic to mustard and on top of that the guy that was there last night looked like he was high heâs eyes was very red like if he took marijuana this is not a family friendly go to fast food restaurant if I could I would give 1,000,000,000,000 star reviews thatâs how...
