Barbershop on Main in Verrado — Local services in Buckeye

Do yourself a favor and go to another Barber Shop that treats it's customers with respect and appreciation. I made a 6:30 pm appointment two days in advance, I was there 10 minutes early, took a seat. The barber who they set me up with acknowledged my existence and said he would be right with me, as he was working on someone. He then proceeded to finish that client and called another gentleman up and began to cut his hair, mind you this was already at 6:45! I just sat there waiting till 7 pm., growing more and more annoyed. Never was I told he was two clients behind, then I also witnessed another barber literally clean up his whole station and leave for the night, while I still just sat there waiting!! The actual "owner" was there and didn't seem to care one bit! I just walked out with my son - after wasting 40 minutes of my time! Actually it was well over an hour total if you count my travel time! Why make appointments if your not going to honor them?! I could of made a scene, stood up and expressed my disgust. But what is the point, if they are that clueless, then why even bother, they obviously don't need new business. They DO NOT know the meaning of customer service! They lost a first time customer who would of became a loyal patron. What A Horrible way to run a business! I'm actually angry I had to leave at least one star, as they are SO NOT EVEN...

Let me be clear, this shop, overall…is alright. The other barbers in there seem to do decent work. One of them, I think his name is Tim is just rude, and actually drove me away from this establishment after my very first visit. However, when I decided to give it another try, I met Big Dan and the whole experience changed.

The dudes are cool and friendly and great vibe. However they have messed up my hair up three times now... like really messed it up. This last time was by far the worst cut I’ve ever had literally in my life time. I asked for a fade on the sides, to square up the back and to cut the top but still leave it long enough to style it and I even pulled up a picture on my phone to clarify how I wanted it to look. There was no fade what so ever, strait up was a number 2 cut across my whole head save the top. Back of my head also was number two strait up to the top of my head. My hair looks like a mushroom and I have no idea how to fix this monstrosity. The last time they messed it up was almost just as bad. I asked him not to cut the back of my hair because I was growing it out but I needed some trimming on the side burns and top. I said don’t touch the back of my head maybe 5 times. Sure enough he starts buzzing the back of my head before I can stop him. Today was the 3rd strike I’m strait up going to great clips after this. Bland hair cuts but at least they won’t completely...
