Worst customer service my family & friends have experienced. Don’t bother even trying to call the salon in the first place to book an appointment-like all the other reviews say, they won’t answer the phone.. it is such a great location that I wish they would just move the salon somewhere else and let a business who will actually answer their phones, & treat customers right have that spot. I understand you can book online, however, there are some times where you would like to talk to a real person and ask you questions. I asked why they don’t answer the phone and their response was well after Covid, all of the employees started taking on their own clients at the salon so they booked directly through them and don’t call the main line. So I said OK, so basically you’re not taking new clients? They said, of course they take new clients, which makes zero sense since you don’t accommodate for them. Clearly they do not know how to run a business. That place is a ghost town anytime we drive past it to the store. Please just move already and let another business have that...

I often forget to post reviews but this one I had to share! I was wanting to take my sister to get pampered as we had her surprise birthday party that evening but, her living in buckeye makes the options few. I called not thinking we could get an appointment for mani/pedi for 2 but to my surprise I called Friday night and they were able to get us in. I had to share that because far too often people only complain or talk just about services not the willingness to get customers in especially on the weekends! Now to the actual service it too was 5 stars for both of us!! I had Melissa and sis had Marisa both were fabulous!! They were personable and did beautiful work!! It was like chilling with your girlfriends painting each others nails...they made the start of our day on the perfect foot! Thanks girls for a wonderful experience and a beautiful job!! we will be back even though I live in Maricopa I’m always on that side of town visiting my sis!! Thx dawn...

The salon is beautiful, and every person I met through the door was wonderful until I got to my stylist. He was quite late to our appointment, to the point where another person had to start washing me out, already 20 minutes past my appointment time. Additionally, I was asked at the end of the haircut “would you like me to curl it?” which I have been asked at every salon I have ever been to. I replied in these words exactly, “oh just do whatever is easiest for you”. And he said “I’ve been doing hair 30+ years, curling would be quite easy”. I said great, and he simply curled my hair with a barrel. When I got to the check out, he said I owed $135. I was pretty astonished, he said it was because he used a hot tool on my hair, it was an extra fee. It was very unclear that he intended to charge me $70 for that portion of the haircut.
