My visit here tonight will sadly be my last. My girlfriend and I wanted some yogurt and drove 25 minutes knowing they close at 9pm. We arrived at 8:53 which gave us 7 minutes to grab our yogurt which we both knew what we wanted to order so it wouldn’t take long to get us in and out before 9pm. We walked in and the young man working mentioned that they close in 5 minutes and proceeded to tell my girlfriend and I that having us in the store was a reliability and we were told to leave. Should I mention that we went previously around Christmas and we showed up at the same time after getting pictures taken by the Christmas tree. The lady who was working then had no issue with us showing up 5 minutes before close but I guess things change from December to April. I also would like to mention that 4 people walked in the door before us and they had no idea what they were ordering. My girlfriend and I knew exactly what we wanted and would have left before close. The last thing I would like to say is if we are a reliability at 8:53 which is before close… maybe consider removing all of the customers from your store next time instead of keeping the 4 people who had no clue what they were going to get. I think you guys need to adjust your hours online if customers are going to be treated so poorly 7 minutes before close and just close at 8:50 instead of 9pm. Thank you again, this was a waste of time and I will not be...
Read moreVerrado residents are being let down by the current state of our community's amenities. Given the high HOA fees we pay, the facilities are simply not up to par with the surrounding master-planned communities. The gym is far too small and consistently overcrowded, and the Main Street pool is often at capacity, leaving no room for residents to use it comfortably.
Furthermore, our community lacks the basic recreational amenities—such as pickleball courts, tennis courts, and a proper clubhouse with games—that are standard elsewhere. The underutilized empty rooms on Main Street offer a clear opportunity for improvement. This space could be converted into a functional clubhouse or a much-needed two-story gym to better serve the community. A full remodel is necessary to provide residents with the value they...
Read moreThe Main Street area is one of my favorite Verrado assets. It's my go-to for dinner, pharmacy, and groceries. Very picturesque with a 1920's California Spanish Revival theme.
Whilst there' not a great deal of one-street parking, there are two large parking lots behind Bashas' and CVS. On the west side of Verrado Way are the Davis and Jackson buildings. It might be easy to forget that the bulk of the businesses are located in these two buildings.
Here you'll find dental and optometrist offices, financial planners, fitness, medical spa, etc. Then at the far west end of Main Street is the Founder's Golf Course...
