Cell Repair Techs — Local services in Buda

I ran and fell and broke the screen of my pixel 3XL. I searched online and found this Cell Repair Techs shop and saw all the good reviews. So, I had them to fix my cracked screen. I paid $80 cash (50% of the total cost) for the work order on 11/11/19. After a week, I called and they said the part they ordered was not right and they needed to order another part. They said they would have fixed it before the thanksgiving. Then, I called again before thanksgiving and they said they had not received the part and asked me to call later. At the beginning of December, I called and they finally told me that it cannot be fixed, something wrong other than the cracked screen. They will need to send to San Antonio and should need more money to get it fixed. I said no and wanted my phone back. They said they would charge me $40 for labor cost. I think it is not fair to me as I waited for a month and the phone is still unfixed but I have to pay for the labor cost. I went back to the shop two times to collect the money but they said they did not have cash in the shop. So, finally on 12/10, they charged me $30 labor cost and I got $50 cash back. So my Daughter shattered her phone last night . Got so busy during the day I didn’t have time to shop around for quotes . So I called this place keep in mind it was 35 minutes till closing . I spoke with Tony at Cell repair techs, and he gave me a quik response with quote right away. He also agreed that he would wait for me to arrive coming from across town I was very surprised they would actually wait . I showed up , and had the phone repaired within not even a Hour . Didn’t take them long at all. I was very satisfied with the customer service and the same day repair. Most places wanted me to wait two to three days for repair.The price was fair , and I will most definitely be bringing my phones here for repair in the future. I highly recommend this place!!...

This place is a gem. I broke my screen on my iPhone Xs and took it to them the next day. Fixed it in 10 minutes, if that, and gave me a great deal on a screen protector. Definitely worth the price for the quality job, as well as their speed and excellent customer service.

Me being myself managed to break the screen again 3 days later and took it back to them. They fixed it once again perfectly and gave me a discount for it, even thought it was 100% my fault. They threw in their best screen protector for free and gave me a discount on a better phone case.
