My star rating goes by what I look for and what's earned. One star for customer service, super nice people and answered my questions as a first time airsofter. I didn't feel pressured and was able to rule out a couple items at checkout to save some money as I knew what I didn't need at the start. Second star for the tech support for looking into an old rifle that they informed had broken parts so I now know what to get to get it repaired in the future. I removed a star for knowledge, the batteries sold to me don't fit in the stock or the m16 barrel rifle that I had and being two hours away I just bit the cost and ordered the right batteries online after researching and I also learned that the fps capabilities of the rifle means I can shoot heavier bbs and they told me to use .25 but after reading the fps charts vs bb weight I can actually shoot .3s which I've tested and works fantastic but now I have 5k .25 bbs that are sitting around. I took away the fourth star for the sale itself, again the batteries were wrong, the gun was supposed to have 2 120 round mags I only got one. New one is like 10 bucks so again ate the cost but shouldn't have had to. Fifth star was for the rifle. While I did buy it from the used wall I was told it was inspected and certified but my first event with hop up cranked I barely got any distance so it shot but not a lot of power (bbs just kinda fell no sign of flying upwards from cranked hop), I watched a video on how to clean it and verify the parts and the nub had been miss aligned in the hop up and the barrel had some gunk that I cleaned out. Cotton swab was white when I start and blacked out when finished cleaning. Shoots great now punctured 3 layers of cardboard. Not sure if it was a rushed inspection or they just certify because it shoots which if that is the case I'm happy to add a star back because I know I bought used. I still recommend this location but definitely do research, know what they have and go with a list...

I bought a CZ Scorpion EVO 3 ATEK from them. They helped me put together everything I would need including a Tracer unit and barrel adapter and a upgraded battery for the Airsoft. Very polite and knowledgeable about their products. This was my first Airsoft and I did background check online with videos about it. Yes it wasn’t cheap, but as the experts on the video all state, you get what you pay for as far as fit and function and quality. I loved the futuristic look of it and I knew CZ is a quality name as far as weapons and this one even though it is Airsoft it is licensed by CZ. The service I keep getting from MIR Tactical is second to none. My Orange thread protector was broken in the box. MIR had no problem sending me a replacement. I bought a extra battery for the Scorpion but it came with old style connections not the new Dean style(?) I just called them and they apologized and are sending me an adapter first class mail and some BB’s for my trouble. I could not ask for better service. Now if they could only come out with a paper catalog for us old timers to check out they would be perfect! By the way, I loaned my scorpion to a friend. He saw my pictures and quick video and said he wanted to check it out. For him it was love at first sight! I shot a video of him shooting it and he sent the video to his friends and they all fell in love with it too. We are talking older men who have real guns, but to shoot full auto tracers! 😍😍😍 and all because MIR answered my call and answered my questions. Yes, the weapon I chose is a bit pricey, but I didn’t want to try something that wasn’t on the top end side. It really was a good investment, not only for the joy it has given me, but also to my friend who I hadn’t seen as happy in decades! He and his friends may not buy a scorpion but they will buy something. Thank you again...

It is a nice little store with a pretty decent selection. Guys that work there are friendly and willing to help people of all experience levels. Really go the extra mile to get you what you are looking for and are willing to order things they might not have in stock just for you. Now as far is pricing goes it is up to scale with the other California stores. BB's is the question that we all have to answer if they are worthy buying here. In my opinion yes they are a little bit more than other online store but when you consider the cost to ship said BBs that alone will hit the wallet hard, I tend to buy a few bottles a month from here for my stockpile. I love the fact they carry Pantac gear since it is the best bang for your buck. Also they carry Propper brand uniforms which many players can tell you is pretty good stuff. They have a rewards program that is pretty cool for spending money at their store you get points worth MiR points later on purchases; Which honestly traps you in a never ending loop of shopping causing you to loose all sanity and question your morals. I cant be biased and only say the goods, now for the bad. Downside is hpa isn't something they are crazy obsessed about yet but they are willing to order things for you in that related area. They only have CoD on their lounge, maybe some Fallout or even Viva Pinata would be nice. Their Redbull machine is there taunting you to buy some buy no ATM machine to be seen in sight. Last thing there is no taco stand, how am I a suppose to shop for hours if there is no tacos to replenish my energy. Now to finish this off would i shop here again? Of course to be honest I kind of stopped shopping online and started buying here. I recommend this store to any new or experienced airsofter.
