I was there with a friend it was very disappointing not many stands. Horrible parking for handicapped people, extremely difficult to walk with a cane on such uneven surface. Too many dogs, if people want to walk their dogs perhaps they should take them to dog park. Way over price, bought some mushrooms from the mushroom stand ( couldn’t be even a pound for nine dollars) and they are dry and tasteless. I could have bought salmon steak. I love elmwood farmer's market. The vendors there are great and give quality products at reasonable prices. Some vendors accept WIC checks if you are a mom. My advixe would be to get there as early as possible so that you get the best quality of food. If you drive there it may take you a few minutes to find parking in the local streets. I am not a Western NY resident, but when in Buffalo I love to check out the farmers' market. I go several times each summer. I have eaten produce from the vendors and have been very pleased the fresh and flavorful food. Last time I was there I purchased some delicious garlic-dill pickles. Dogs are everywhere.
