Anna Grace — Local services in Buffalo

I've recently started purchasing dresses from Anna Grace but after this last one I've completely lost my faith in this company and will be thinking twice before making another purchase. This dress I bought was "on sale" for $72. I've worn it twice and if you look at it wrong or breath in its direction it piles and pulls the fabric out. I've never purchased anything from shien but I imagine even fast fashion holds up better than this dress. So Incredibly disappointed but glad I didn't sink more money into this shop, especially in this enconomy. If I want clothes that literally fall apart with the first and second wear I'll buy something from...

I purchased two dresses, one I was uncertain about. I did not read the store policy, and it was not explained to me at the time of purchase. The next morning, I attempted to return the unworn dress with the tags still attached. The owner was unkind, curt, argumentative, unfriendly, unpleasant; and she refused the return. She explained that returning a $62 dress would gravely impact her business. I will never shop there again....

Very kind & helpful staff, with a convenient direct attachment to Shoe Fly next door.
