I am a normal online shopper for this store. My girlfriend and I visited the store in person with my mom. I am black, my girlfriend is black. My mom is a city famous news reporter so you would think the people working there would notice her. When walking in one of the workers couldn’t stop staring and following my girlfriend around the store. Definitely felt uncomfortable shopping there. To the point where they kept asking us if we were okay and my mom had to basically act as our body guard and buffer to make THEM feel more comfortable. What about your guests? Did you guys know that there are black people in Buffalo too? It really sucks because I live out of town, and this is the store I like to shop in for Buffalo themed stuff but never mind. I was difficult and couldn't find the earrings I wanted online and they texted me pictures of the ones they thought I was talking about. Needless to say I found the ones I wanted 😂.
