I worked with Josh in finance. The night I signed, he recommended making the upcoming payments on my cars I traded in to give the banks time to process everything. 2.5 weeks go by & I havenāt seen anything regarding a new car loan. Called my previous banks on the cars I traded in and was told they havenāt received anything. I called MOG Mini and asked to speak with him only to be told, he would call me back. I never got a call. I waited another week give or take and had heard nothing. Now, Iāve made a second payment towards one of my previous cars I traded with the second payment on the second coming up while in possession of the x5 I took home on the 10th. I called again on March 3rd and was put through to the finance manager and got his voicemail. I work close by so I left work to speak to someone in person. I was told they were in their morning meeting, no big deal. I decided to wait. A few minutes go by and I was told Paul, the finance manager was looking through my files to figure out what happened. Shortly after he took me back to his office to explain to me Josh never sent anything to the banks and it was never brought to his (Paulās) attention. He called the bank before taking me back and assured me everything would be pushed through that day and heād make sure Josh took care of it this time. Within 2 days, I got notified my account was ready to be set up for the X5. I still have the previous cars account open but I realize it takes a few days to process pay off. Paul assured me he would adjust my payoff so I would receive my payments i made after trading the cars in, so I will have to wait for those checks to hopefully come in. My payoff would be less since Iāve made 2 payments.
I wouldnāt recommend dealing with Josh. On top of him dropping the ball with the banks, The x5 was wrapped and I was unaware the night I signed and he made it seem as if my concerns were stupid when questioning the prep work of the wrap and the condition of the paint. āI doubt someone driving a car like that would cheap out on having it wrappedā when in reality now that Iāve seen it in the light, itās peeling, wrinkled and has bubbles in random spots. It was my decision to take it as it was vs having their wrap guy remove it. They hadnāt serviced it when I signed the paperwork on it or did the inspection, which at that point, they had this car listed and on their lot for 5 days. Having someone remove the wrap wouldāve prolonged the day I actually got to take it home. I signed the 8th and couldnāt take it until the 10th when they finished replacing the tires and battery. Iāve been a long time browser of MOG Mini. Most of the people there know me & this is my first time selling, trading & buying a car with MOG Mini. I worked with Lysa pretty close to closing time. I went in to test drive a car I thought I would like. We went on a test drive & that car didnāt wow me, which coming from a GR Supra, would be hard to do. Even though they were technically closed, we went back inside & she found a bigger, I guess you could say version of the car I just test drove. I instantly knew it was the one. After test driving it, mind you they are way past closed, we went back inside & worked numbers. She tried her best to get me into that car & got pretty close to what I was looking for. I signed the paperwork & had to bring the second car back in the next day for me to sell. I ended up with an X5M50i. That car was not ready for me to take home until Monday afternoon. We signed the paperwork & finalized everything Saturday night. I had no issues with Lysa. She was wonderful, and understanding of how emotional I was to sell my Supra, alongside her team lead who I canāt remember her name. I hopefully wonāt be buying another car anytime soon but I will always return to MOG Mini. Also, the guys back in service, especially Ben & Eric for staying late and making sure the X5 was ready when I got off work that day. Amazing people all...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMyself Iāve been in the car business overdecay, used to have a dealership for nine years, now I am working currently at one of the largest franchise dealership, I have a funny and sad story with this dealership! The sales person his name is Christopher Cabrera, he is one of the most unprofessional sales person I have met, letās come to my trade and what I bought. My trade was extremely clean 2014 Range Rover Autobiography LWB , after a while we enjoyed with that card and my wife. She wanted to get Tesla model X now my nightmare began, according to our conversation with Chris I introduced myself who I am and then try to build trust so he can do good business, I have started texting back and forth, and I asked him about the condition of the vehicle. He said perfect. He made a video from at least 30 feet far from the car , to be honest crossed from my mind something could be unexpected and didnāt want to bother he knows who I am and he would dare to be cheat not because of I am his boss being in the same business anyway he was walking around doesnāt show anything any
details nothing Iām asking him. Is there any scratches no sir everything is OK. Is there any of this in that so long story short the car came here that car is I believe itās wrecked before all over the car is a paint all over that the doors are not working the driver side doors sometimes open sometimes close a huge mess no mats in the car no charger came ,I called him asked him about the 3 day return policy the next following day he goes to to me they donāt have return policies which I donāt believe him, so I am in Florida and they are in Georgia. I donāt know how things works in Georgia and I didnāt wanna get into trouble calling lawyers and this and that and I made the appointment with Tesla which I wanted to know whatās going on with the car. it looks like thereās a problem with the electrical.there was no good business practice with my experience with them I talked one of the manager. They donāt care ,I am so regret it. I can guarantee you they will have response under my review. Iām sorry for your bad experience our manager will call you and trust me they will not call back and try to fix the problem because they know they are wrong and they get away with that!
The response below said the GM tried to contact me. This is not true, I have not received any calls from the GM. Itās January 9th, 2025 almost two months since I bought the car and I still donāt have my tag and registration. My wife is calling and the Finance dept still cannot return her call. We sent the diagnostic bill to them regarding the door and we have not received any response. My wife is a Finance Manager for a dealership and I have been i n the car business for 10 years and neither of us have experienced such...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThank you to everyone at this location that helped us purchase our new car. We called first thing Saturday morning and Chris Smith immediately returned our call. We set up a time to meet him and we were on our way. Once we got there, we were immediately greeted by Reid and we told him we were there to see Chris. He immediately went and found that Chris was with another customer so he took over the sale from that point.
Chris had already saved our information and profile in their system so it was a very smooth trade off. Reid showed us where bathrooms and water, snacks were and started the process with us. He was a lot of fun to have as our sales man. He was very enthusiastic and it was apparent he was excited about his job. He is an easy person to talk with and I noticed he goes out of his way to find common interests or connections with his customers and really enjoys talking with them. He seems like a great asset to grow with the company. In our down time waiting to see the finance manager, we all talked about a lot of things. He showed us the brand new powder blue mini and showed us all the features and honestly got us really interested in buying one in the next couple of years. I had no idea how much room and how cool the interior was.
Once we met with Paul Kemme, we had already had very pleasant experiences with everyone on staff. People that werenāt even helping us were saying hi and introducing themselves but it wasnāt in a pushy way at all. More like, ācongrats on your new car. Enjoy it!ā Kind of thing. We had a very easy and stress free process going through financing with Mr. Kemme and he was the perfect person to close out an already great experience. We enjoyed talking with him about his family and GT AND Ohio State! He was a lot of fun and easy to talk with too. Once Chris had completed his sale with his customers, he made sure to come and meet us personally and apologize that he was with another customer when we came in. No worries at all, and I thought it was really cool he came to say hello either way! No apology needed. We love our new Jeep gladiator. Thank you for making the experience fun and comfortable. You all have great employees here. Shout out to the three...
