My family made an order for delivery that was worth around 160 before tip (we tip we'll over 25% typically). The driver gets here and tells us that we aren't getting a part of our order and either they will credit the money or we can wait 2 hours and have it delivered it was soup... The driver then tells us when he is confronted by one of the men in our family that the restaurant does this all the time and they don't like calling customers back when they run out of stuff and just send them to deliver the rest of the order hoping the customer will just wait for the missing item(s) because they don't like to credit the moneyt give refunds. This is not only awful business practices but the simple fact is it could have been avoided all together if they told us before so we could have ordered something else instead. The soup was for our grand mother which makes us all a little more upset about it but also the fact that we spent all that money and weren't told before the card was run. It will be a long time before we ever order from them again...
Read moreI recently moved to Lawrenceville from Midtown so I'm not familiar with the area. I had received a menu in my mailbox from this location. I'm not a fan of Chinese food but I do like Thai which was offered so I thought give it a try I'm hungry and no food in the house yet. I ordered the pad Thai when I stuck my fork in the dish half the order came out with the fork. The food had absolutely no flavor! I should have known better when they asked me what was in the dish. I paid $40.00 for 1 meal which wound up in the trash and had a poptart. When I called to complain the no speak English unless it's American dollars excuse was used and the manager was never in. Have a poptart or frozen waffle and save your hard...

I know that it is the only one that's open until 2:00 p.m. And I happen to be traveling from the airport getting in after many food establishments have already closed. So I thought, why not Chinese? You can't go wrong. Well, yes, you can. I should have just gone home and had the Ramen noodle soup. At least that packed more flavor. Will not be doing this again. Now, it could be that the cook was the only one in the back kitchen. Heck He was the only one in the restaurant, so he had to do it all. And maybe that was the problem. And let me mention that my body reacted with...
