Had gone to this bowling shop to get fitted (holes drilled) in my two new bowling balls that I had received for Christmas. The bowling shop is located in the bowling alley. Brian is the owner and is very personable and professional. He performed a very in depth consultation to see exactly how and where to drill the holes in my bowling balls. He had me test out the bowling balls throughout the process to make sure that they are perfectly fitted for me. Very knowledgeable in the industry. This shop has everything you could need for bowling. He has lots of bowling shoes on display and bowling balls too. By the way, if you have a bowling ball in mind but don't see it in the shop, they can order it for you and if you get your bowling balls through the shop, it automatically comes with free "drilling" for the holes in the ball. They will also come with a warranty that is offered exclusively through the shop. Hands down, the best bowling shop I've been to in Georgia and I will continue to give this shop my business going forward. Thank you Brian for...
Read moreStephen was great. He listened to where I was at with my game and where I wanted to be and made great recommendations. He took the time to discuss pros and cons of each ball I was looking at. He also took the time to discuss minor form alterations to adjust to the new ball. I needed shoes as well and he gave me multiple good choices to try on. The service was fast and friendly and I ended up getting a full set up ball, bag, shoes, cloth and all. They let me bowl a game before leaving to make sure the ball was a good fit and when I had an issue with one of the finger inserts Stephen fixed it for me immediately before I left. I went bowling later on that night and watched my game get up over 200 day 1 just by making minor adjustments. I drove from Decatur to visit this shop and for good reason. Highly recommend giving...
Read moreAs a kid I got lessons by pro bowlers. At 14 I bowled a 218 average. I bowled in leagues till my JRA (juvenile rheumatoid arthritis) at age 21 made bowling hard for me. I stopped bowling until I got my RA under control today. Started bowling with friends a couple months ago (not using my thumb and just revving up House balls 😂). I decided to got to this pro shop and get a performance ball.
The guy there recommended a combo deal to get back into bowling. The Hammer RAW was the ball you had to buy to get the deal. I’ve been away so long I didn’t know it was a freakin beginner ball. Not a bad ball, just mediocre performance for my level of skill. Would have spent the extra to get a better hooking ball! Anyways, I’ll still use this shop, just not any deals they’re...
