Called talked to Alex he said he had a few flavors I wanted to try but when I went he was not there and the person working had no clue about what they had. I asked when he would be back he didn't know and said they dont give that info out? So I called the next day gave my info to someone else and asked for a call, called the next day was told they gave him my info and he said he would handle it but he never called. I guess his way of handling it was to blow me off and make me wait for nothing. I guess he dose not want my business and probably really don't need yours either and apparently if you have a problem they wont tell you when the manager is in so it really dont seem like they care much but I'm sure there is a shop that would like people to buy from them and if you need something they will be happy to help you out. It's too bad he seemed like a nice guy when I called, but I wasted enough days now this is the 5th day trying to get juice from him and not real happy he couldnt return a call. I definitely will not ever be back in that shop again. Today some guy said his name was Kevin calls and leaves me a message and says he's fronm the corporate office and drove 250 miles to make this right but he called from the store and did not leave a call back number and of course he was gone when I called him back. I went into the store mostly browsing to see what they had but needed a replacement glass and was interested in trying out the house juice they have for sale. When we came inside not only did the guy “Bob Marley” I’ll call him not greet us but we seemed to have interrupted his nap. We asked about them possibly having a replacement glass for Crown 5 and he brings us a glass that’s totally different then tells us he doesn’t not have it. Which is fine no big deal. I then tried to ask about juice and what juices that have on sale and he wasn’t interested at all in even selling me something. I ask about watermelon juice they don’t have it… I mean I know they had some but I’d point to something and he acted like he was going so far out of his way just to tell me how many mg a juice was or the flavor so I gave up and left. This looks like it could be a great store but they really need to hire people more interested in making a sale or enjoying their job rather than taking a nap behind the counter and are unable to keep their eyes even open while you’re asking...

i went in there and the lady there sold me 2 vapes and she was nice but i came back the next morning and she was in there and one of my vapes stopped charging and when i came back in there i explained and she said no receipt no switch and she didn’t give me any receipt or anything she didn’t offer it to me and then not even 24 hours later i go back because it stopped working and wouldn’t charge and she gave me the most major attitude ever saying she can’t do switches because i didn’t have my receipt even thought she had my sign up she automatically threw my receipt away after it printed, bad smoke shop because of the employees that are...
