To the owner: I respected your process and would've done exactly what was needed for you guys to get the job done. But unfortunately your staff was unprofessional and condescending. She did not perform a notary therefore she did not need a picture of our ID. She scammed us. She FORCEFULLY took a picture of our ID and made us pay for it. THEN PROCEEDED TO STEAL THE COPY FOR HERSELF. We have came to this location multiple times and is always disappointed in the customer service this is not the first time. I DO NOT TRUST YOUR BUSINESS.

Original review. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We dealt with a someone named MAYUME. My husband and I just got into town from South Dakota and needed to get notary and shipping done. I had everything ready. She proceeded to become stateist and started mocking the paperwork from South Dakota I presented her. She said I needed to reprint everything and this is not how we do it in Arizona. She forcefully took a copy of of our driver's license. And forced us to pay for it. SHE THEN TOOK THE COPY AND KEPT IT FOR HERSELF. Beware unprofessional and not properly trained HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I went there to get some legal documents printed for a meeting in a couple of hours.

They were very pleasant to work with and made my rush job in about 10 minutes. I was very happy with the results of the job. The price charged was very low, delivered with a smile and a sincere Thank You... I was very impressed by the laser display of Engraved pet rocks and pet grave stones... So much more than a printing store... An Amazing store that earns 5 stars from me. I will come back to get some things laser Engraved for Christmas. Trust me you'll love...
