Harbor Freight — Local services in Bullhead City

I’m a mechanic, so I go to harbor freight about once a week. Today was a BAD EXPERIENCE. Not sure where the normal red head manager is but this new chick ain’t working out. I walked in the store went to 2 sections. Soldering. No Leaded soldered. Awesome. Then I went to electrical. I spent about 7 mins picking out heat shrink from the 5 assortments they sell. I brought my items to the front and asked if they sell single electrical tape. Yep but not in Electrical dept lol. At the back of the store with normal tape. Here’s where my typical lackluster experience turned 1 star review. The manager follows me through the store pretending not to, all the way to get a 1.50 roll of electrical tape. Then they ran my 20 dollar bill against the pen test for a 15 dollar purchase.. BUT she didn’t forget to harass me for my email address. the phone number that gave her my name and decades of purchase history weren’t in the memo. No I’m good for the 100th time. they do send me emails tho so literally harassing me when I already receive them. Harbor freight isn’t that cheap anymore, the specials suck now. Lowe’s sells craftsman. 2 blocks away. Autozone rents and sells OEM. Oreilly is another option. I don’t purchase new husky tools anymore because of the woke parent company. Make...

Cashier's pitch a warranty that does not apply to item immediately like they say. I even had a cashier say "if you get the warranty & your dog pees on the item the warranty will cover it, we just give you a new one." Not true, read the warranty AND warranty doesn't take effect until after manufacturer warranty runs out. It would be nice if Harbor Freight had products that actually worked that you could use a warranty. So far they are batting ZERO with us since they opened in BHC. WE HAVE BOUGHT 5 MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL ITEMS- ALL 5 DID NOT WORK. So we should have went to Home Depot after 3rd fail. I love Harbor Freight their tools are always so cheap you get what you pay for though but they will always return and trade it out for something if it's broken just too bad they don't have one in Kingman you either have to go to Lake Havasu or Bullhead four it I like the one go ahead they always have these little like almost yard sales they stick out front of the building they got good great competitive prices and have all sorts of tools and everything that you would need they even have odds and ends like security cameras and toys and knives and metal detectors they even have tarps everything even wheelbarrow Wheels they just have a great selection of stuff who doesn't know about...
