We are from out of town. We waited 20 minutes before anyone came to help us. The 4 servers that were working in the booth & low top tables section walked by us constantly & never asked if we've been helped or if they could help us or go get our server. We then decided to ask a server (whom helped the table across from us, that was seated after us) to go get the manager, that took another 10 minutes. The server that went to go get the manager sat her boyfriend in her section, helped him right away, served him his beer & put in his order right away. (He even got his food before us!) Then a server decided to help us, but we were still waiting for the manager. He finally came & explained his sections were "divided weirdly, so the servers didn't know who was supposed to take our table." He didn't apologize, nor offer to take our order himself; until I asked myself, for him to take our order. I understand they were busy, so I thought the manager would put our order in right away & make it on the fly, because we were already waiting 35-45 minutes by this time. He never checked on us after he dropped our appetizers off & our wings. No refills either (sweet tea wasn't great either. Tasted old & they put too much lemon in it.) We waited for 15 minutes for him to bring our check so we could pay & leave. Then he brought the wrong ticket to us, charged our card to that ticket, brought the right ticket out, but didn't say he took anything off for our convience or anything, so he charged our card then he came back to give us our receipts. We thought he would've done more for us & or at least apologized, but he didn't. So I asked why are we paying for everything? Then he decided to take 2 items off & then he mentioned he took $5 off already. Levi was good at checking on all the other tables but ours & running most of the food for his servers. We were hungry & wanting wings so we stayed. We hoped service would improve with everyone...
Read moreNever again this was not the first time i experienced bad service at this restaurant but it was the worst. Upon entering the host greated us and asked us how many. ask us if it would be okay if they set us at a high table we all agreed on that being a no walked away and im not sure if it was the same guy or a different but someone came back and asked us the same question and we gave the same answer. Then he proceeded to tell us that the server for that section was leaving and it would be harder on them to serve us there. Just a starting example of the bad customer service. So after being seated we were chatting and having a good time we ordered drinks and appetizers our appetizers came to our table faster then our drinks and they were hot and deliciouse. When we recived our appetizers we placed our orders. In the end our food took forever to get to our table and when it did it was burnt cold and they thought they mistaked my order a wrap for a chicken sandwich but in reality the sandwich they thought was mine actually belonged to another at the table. So my wrap was delicious and fresh (because they forgot it). Anyways after complaining the manager continued to explain to us all kinds of nonsence and started to get upset about our remarks tward the issues. (Not very customer service friendly) and another note the restaurant was not busy at all. So in the end they discounted our meals It was a very unsatisfying experiance....
Read moreI honestly had high hopes for this BWW when I found out that they have a separate fryer for gluten free foods so that a Celiac like me could have chicken wings and tater tots.
I've never been a fan of BWW before my diagnosis but when we had to come here for my husband's work event, I figured it couldn't be too bad.
Unfortunately I ordered the $13.99 gluten free Buffalo Chicken Tots. The tater tots were both cold and incredibly overcooked, as if someone forgot them in the fryer and then forgot them after letting them cool.
Had to constantly ask if we needed anything like more silverware, water, ranch, sides of carrots. I think there may only be two waiters in the whole restaurant. I was consistently out of water.
The table ordered the $17.79 House Sampler. The tortilla chips were rancid - not just stale, the oils had gone rancid. I could smell it on the chips and other people tried a bite and spit it out. Nobody came to check on us for us to let anyone know. The manager finally came with our entrees and I told her. She said, "you should have told us sooner!" Ummm nobody checked on us for me to tell anyone. She whisked away the plate but didn't come back with a replacement or knock a portion off the bill.
Wings were okay.
The food just wasn't very good and feels extremely oily so it's a guaranteed stomachache afterwards.
Not worth a repeat...
