I haven't walked into an HEB in over two years. HEB curbside is ridiculously easy! Load up the app, pick a day and time, and pay. Then just drive up and pop the trunk. They occasionally get really busy, but typically, I get right into a pickup spot. Once in a while they miss an item or two, but HEB always refunds missed items quickly. The second time, our oatmeal raisin cookies from the bakery were more busted up and crumbled than I would buy if I was physically shopping. Knowing that HEB has a high level of standard of quality in the store and on the shelves, leaves me to think there is a product care opportunity from the time our items are picked to when they get to me at the curb. Moving forward, I know you’ll do better HEB Curbside in...
