Mattress Firm Singing Hills — Hotel in Bulverde

My husband I are very different sleepers and trying to find the mattress that works for us both of us has been very difficult. In the past two years, we have gotten rid and/or returned 3 different mattresses! There have been mornings, that I have literally woken up and started crying because of how terrible I had slept the night before. I pretty much had given up hope thinking that nothing would work; however, we decided to try one more time. On a whim, we walked into The Mattress Firm and were promptly greeted by Scott. He asked what we were looking for and I almost broke down in tears. I said, " I need an extra firm mattress and my husband needs one that is super soft, do you have anything that will work for both of us?" He immediately knew the direction to point us in. He had us try several mattresses, and to my surprise, my husband and I found one that we both agreed on. I asked how soon it could be delivered and Scott was able to locate the mattress and have it delivered the next day. Now that we have the new mattress, I am sleeping more sound. I am not waking up 6-7 times a night like I was. I have even started dreaming again..so I know I am getting good sleep. I am waking up more refreshed and have more energy throughout the day. I couldn't be happier! Scott knew exactly how to find something that suited our needs. He didn't try to sell us the "newest," "most popular" or "most expensive" mattress as I have felt other sales men at other stores have tried to do. Thank you Scott! You are awesome. Thank you for listening to our needs and helping us solve our mattress dilemma. You are a life saver or might I say......

Wow..I am probably the person least overwhelmed by people doing their job. I do my job and I expect the same from others. But Scott at Mattress Firm set the bar really high for customer service today. I needed a boxspring and a bed frame yesterday. Had company coming in and trying to accommodate everyone for sleeping was not working out. I put a text in first thing in the morning not really expecting to get a reply. 10:00 am sharp Scott texts me and asks me how he can help me. That was the first star in my rating. I tell him I don’t need a mattress just box springs and frame..he treats me like I’m buying 10 complete mattress sets. That was the second star. I tell him I need said items immediately. He says he is pretty sure he can accommodate me and he will text me right back. He texts me right back!! Third Star!! He says he has the box spring but they don’t have frames in stock at the store now. I ask him if I can get that from another store. He checks and texts me right back that he can’t get one from another store today. Ok not the answer I wanted but at least another star for quick response and maximum effort. Then..drum roll for the final star. Moments later he texts me back that his assistant manager will bring a frame to the store from another location for me to pick up and it will be waiting for me after 3:00!! BOOM!!! 5 stars and then some! Thank you thank you for helping me out with all of this Scott and Pete!! Don’t even think about going anywhere else to buy mattresses etc..these guys are here to help you solve any and all of your sleep problems!! Done,...

Awesome experience! We just recently purchased a Sleep Number because we are completely different sleepers and we thought the Sleep Number would be a perfect solution. Little did we know that by having such drastically different numbers it would cause more issues than we could have imagined. In the end it just wasn't what we needed so we started doing the research again - We had been researching Mattress Firm and saw the amazing reviews so we thought we would go in to give it a shot.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Scott and he was very welcoming - He asked us about our needs and not only what type of beds we prefer but also how we prefer to sleep. He asked us all the right questions and made us feel like he had our best interest at hand and not what he wanted to sell us. (don't get that at most places, no matter what you are shopping for). He narrowed down the choices to 3-4 (different levels and price points) and explained each bed in detail and why he thought it may or may not be the best option. He also mentioned because we were such different levels that there was going to have to be compromise which of course lead to some fun and lots of laughter with that comment. In the end we decided on a solution and we couldn't be happier with our choice.
