While they are selling you something, they are as nice as can be. I bought a king size bed and a $1500 electric scooter from them in March. The scooter has been in the shop three times in the first 4 months since purchase. Today, it died on me after simply scooting a mile ..and it's been a chronic problem. The last time it was in the shop, about three weeks ago, they put a new motor and wanted to charge us. Today, I had to call a friend to push me home because it would only go a foot then die. It took me 25 minutes to go 8 houses in distance. It doesn't have enough power to go up the handicap ramp on the sidewalks. This is an extremely dangerous situation, as I have gotten stuck in the middle of the crosswalk. Have all this on video. I sent the video to the salesman . Haven't heard a word from them. My biggest regret is buying this scooter from them. Buy from Amazon, you can return it and save...

It’s is with great sadness that I post this review. My folks have been shopping there for years to get their beds, lift chairs and the equipment they need for aging in place. In the past two years we have spent almost $5000.

Today, when I told them the remote on the lift chair broke, their answer was we will come out and charge you a service call of $89 … seriously? That’s what 68 years of service looks like … they are great when they are taking your money … customer service after the fact is what separates the truly exceptional from the usual … unfortunately … here is where they fail …

The expert who helped me is named Zach, he was super polite and knowledgeable on the product and really didn’t pressure me into getting anything he just wanted to meet my needs.
