This should be an awesome strip mall with its prime location and plentiful outdoor seating. Unfortunately, there is a huge problem with people smoking near the front door. There a single no smoking sign outside the mattress store, but there is no initiative to enforce the no smoking policy. I called the property manager to complain about people smoking outside. With regards to Starbucks here, He actually said “people like their coffee and cigarette, there’s not much we can do,” or words to that effect. This property could start by actually taking initiative to post visible no smoking signs and have tenants proactively enforce policies, rather than relying on other customers affected by second hand smoke. I own property nearby this location and love this little strip mall, but regrettably the property manager is refusing to promote a culture of health at this location that is effecting customers’...

Almost everything you need in one shopping center. This shopping center hosts a bunch of different businesses inside and around the surrounding area. We frequently come to the T-Mobile store here to get our phones checked out and to ask any questions that may arise. The outside sitting areas of Old Keen Mill shopping center are kept clean and free of garbage and litter. The garbage bins are kept clean and order free.
