CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Burke

I only gave 1 star because the system makes you give at least that much to leave a review. This is the worst CVS of any CVS I have been to. They never have my prescription, even after I call the provider’s office to confirm it has been both called and faxed in. They do not try to help if there is a problem and instead say the problem is you and/or your doctor. Even when the doctor adds refills, they always say there are no refills available. I even brought the bottle once showing there was on refill left and they said they can only go by what is the system. They have made me swear off using this or any other CVS ever, even if it means paying more, because I cannot reliably obtain medications...

They wouldn't fill a prescription from me as the physician because they'd call only one of two offices I work at to verify the patient. When I stated I could validate my DEA number they hung up on me. I was sure this was an accident, the pharmacist "Selma" picked up but hung up again when she heard my voice. If this happens to me as a physician, have a pretty good sense of what happens...

Wow, I didn't believe the ratings until I had to talk to the pharmacist. I had to transfer my prescription and the pharmacist was rude and unprofessional. She genuinely sounded like she really hated her job. Lots mumbling and it felt like I was the one begging when I'm the customer. They really need to educate their staff on how to treat customers with respect. The worst...
