100% absolutely love all of the drinks! And the employees are all so very very sweet! However. I do not like the point system.The first time we went, we told the girl it was our first time and she kindly and very sweetly helped me find my new favorite drink but nothing about signing up. It wasn't until my 3rd visit that I was told there was a point system. After joining I found out why it was never mentioned. The points expire before you have a chance to use them and When you do have enough to use no one asks if you want to use them. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to compliment staff today. We ordered a super melon that I wanted to add boba and seltzer too and a blue crush both drinks were delicious and they were extremely accommodating with my requests, even offering to remake the drink if I did not like it. We got both drinks and the barista realized she did not add the peach boba and even though I didn’t mind, she remade the drink for me. I am so grateful for the amazing service. Tea-rrific!!! New twist(s) on an old healthy favorite. Just in time for the spring/summer Texas heat. On the energy side we tried the Gamma Radiation and the Dreamsicle (yes, it really does taste like the frozen treat we all know and love). And we went with a suggestion from the very accommodating staff on the special-tea side, a brown sugar chai. Wow! That is something you will be talking about for days.
