Pei Wei Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in Burleson

I have never eaten at one of these places and I'm sure that there's some other food that is good but the one I got in particular was not and that is the coconut curry chicken with brown rice and I got a chicken egg roll which was good and I should have got three of those instead of the meal I got because my dish was way too spicy for me I did not like the taste whatsoever and I walked in being very very hungry and walked out and I'm still hungry because I did not eat the food the manager I guess walked over and picked up my bowl and I know he noticed that it was full and untouched but did not ask me how I liked it or offered me anything else and I thought that was kind of unprofessional so I walked out wasting 20 bucks on a meal that I didn't even eat and also will make mention that one customer that was sitting across the way from me when he went over there to collect his bowl he asked him how his food was and the guy replied it was very good so why couldn't he have asked me it offered me something else because I would have been willing to try something else because I'm sure there's other things in there but I guess customer satisfaction is not a priority so needless to say I will not be back and also it was very very cold inside there...

My mother wanted to have lunch here, and I happily agreed. It was our first time to Pei Wei, so we really didn't know what to expect. My mother said it was a new place and wanted to try it. I'm not big on Asian food, but I thought I'd enjoy it, especially since I enjoyed it when she took me to Panda Express for the first time. I couldn't have been more wrong. We ordered the Mongolian Steak over fried rice. Don't get me wrong. The food was good. I was just disappointed after looking at my ticket. They charged us $12.59 for a few slithers of meat (see photo), $2.29 for the rice, and 3 bucks for a soda. I could hardly believe my eyes. It disgusted me so that I couldn't even enjoy my food. What a disappointment. That's alright. I'll let my motto kick in: I'll let anyone get me one time... but that's it. It won't happen again. I hope it was worth it, Wei Pei. Pei Wei Asian Kitchen in Burleson was an amazing experience! The food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. The store was spotless and well-maintained, which really added to the overall dining experience. However, I did notice that the parking lot was a bit tight, especially during peak hours. It wasn't a huge issue, but it's something to keep in mind if you're planning to visit during busy times.
