Ocean Park Indoor Playground — Local services in Burlington Township

This place needs to be re evaluated. There is nothing but a bunch of young kids working here who dont know what their doing. Online it says one thing but in person its something different. I got charged the full $25 only for 2 hour playtime because they said they were busy. They then gave my parents a hard time as well. On top of that it took almost an hour to get the food i ordered and I still left missing half the order because they were closing. When they did give me the food they had done, the chicken nuggets and tenders looked like it was old meat from 2024. It was so shriveled up and hard my kids didnt want nor like it. The fries were so hard you couldnt even bite into them. At least if you’re gonna have a policy saying no outside food, make yours worth eating. There were multiple other families complaining that they had ordered hours ago and never received their food. I’m definitely disputing the charges with my bank to get my money back, but this place was really horrible. I wanted to go to try it out. All i kept hearing was the cashiers saying we will see what we can do & i dont usually work in the food area. The food they served had to be extremely old. I could have made out way better, making the same food at home for my children and they would’ve ate it . If you bring your family here, please make sure you eat before or wait till after and go somewhere else. It’s really really not worth it. My experience was not good. I have a 5 yr and 2 year old boys. We went on a weekend. 3 "private" birthday parties happening at the same time. Tons and tons of kids and parents. Don't get me wrong, love the concept. First of all, I'm guessing it's better during the weekday? Parking is horrible. As it was busy so there wasn't any parking. People were parking across the street. Busy busy place. They have a little area of what I assume is for "little ones." However when I was there older kids were playing there and throwing the balls at the little kids. Parents weren't watching their kids. I found a kid crying cuz he couldn't find his mom and he peed his pants 🙃 thankfully both my husband and I attended otherwise I would've lost my mom. I couldn't find my child in all the jungle of a mess that the place was. I wanted to keep an eye on him so my husband followed him everywhere. There's so security really so anyone can come in and snatch a kid. Or a kid can leave. Decent bathrooms. We ordered fries, since the place was busy it took a little to be ready. If they're gonna have parties you shouldn't open to the public because it's legit chaos. If you don't care where your kid is and you feel like nothing will happen to them ans you don't mind just coming for 2 hours to just there while it's chaos, this...

This review is to warn others that this place of business is very unprofessional and as a warning NOT to book a birthday party here.

I chose this as the place to host my daughter’s 2nd birthday party to celebrate with family and friends. I booked months in advance and paid half the deposit on June 18,2025.

I booked the “Private Adventure Package in the Private Party Room ($650)” for August 3rd 4:30pm-6:30pm.

However I received a call on July 11th from manager named “Blanca” that my party could no longer take place because even though I had a reservation that someone instead rented out the entire facility for a party from the hours of 4-7 on August the 3rd . They offered me to change my party time to 9am or to a different day with no empathy that I already sent out party invitation, ordered a cake and had everything set up for my original day. I expressed my frustration of how this is a huge inconvenience this caused.

The only solution to them was to offer me 5% or 10% off to move time slots or days or cancel my party all together.

It is extremely greedy and unprofessional of Ocean Park to accept a booking when mines was already planned 3 weeks in advance as I’m sure they will make more with this then my private party ($650)

So beware NOT TO BOOK...
