I had gone to this restaurant after a day shopping to order some food. Once I got home and opened my food, I realize that there was mold all over the bun. I then called the store to speak with a so-called manager, and he had promised me that the money for my entire order was refunded to my card, and I would see it within five days. fast forward a week and a half later and I still have no refund. I have called the store on multiple occasions spoke to two different women who both claim to be managers. ( not sure how many managers one store can have ). The one woman would not listen to my story at all, and kept insisting that I come into the store to get more food. Then she thought I was telling her. I left my car there too, which I told her you are not listening to anything I’m saying. She told me she needed to speak with her boss and then get back to me. I did not hear anything so now I call back today I’m speaking with another woman who also claims to be a manager after I told her my entire situation she also did not listen to me and kept insisting that I come to the store. I got very stern and told her I do not want to return to your store I do not want more food. I just simply want my money back that I was promised over a week ago. Once I said that she said she was sorry and hung up on me after she hung up on me I called an attempted to speak with her two more times both times I was not answered .I now had to go to Burger King corporate to make a report as well as settle this dispute with my bank since this store clearly does not want to help me. I told them all that I really did not want to make a review and I really do not want to post pictures but honestly they forced me with no other choice. Please save your sanity and do not visit the store. They are very unclean, unsanitary, and do not care about our health. Please see...
Read moreThis is the 3rd time we have stopped here on the way home. They say 3 times is a charm. Well our 3rd sealed BK's fate. The first time we went there a male employee was screaming at a female cashier to the point he put her in tears. The manager stood there and did nothing. Grant it our order was right. The second time a female employee the was talking to another employee about someone that workes there. The language was completely unacceptable. So unacceptable that I chimed in and explain that my 6 and 7 year old grand daughter were on the line, again the manager just looked at me and did nothing. Mind you our order was correct. This time our order was correct as always but also as always there was little to no choices for drinks. Everything wasout of stock. The dining room was filthy as always. Garbage cans were full every time we have been ther. A male employee in the back getting ready to take the trash out threw his coat up on the table where food is prepared. The cashier had a lint cover black sweater on filling french fries and onion rings orders. And yet again the manager is leaning on the counter doing nothing. Not to mention the Wait all three times was...
Read moreIt’s been a few years since I visited a Burger King, since I make it a point to not frequent fast food restaurants. I stopped in today because this restaurant is located in the same shopping center as Koh’s and The Home Depot. I was hungry and wanted to try an Impossible Burger for the 1st time, even though it has been available since 2019.
I love veggie burgers, but BK’s Impossible will not remain on my list. I don’t even know where to begin. The burger is lukewarm, was laced with far too much salt, and drenched in sauce and far too many pickles. The over-abundant salt, sauce and pickles was probably done to disguise the burger and make you believe it is a standard beef burger. I’m sure the burger itself, if you bought it in a grocery store, would taste fine along with a little ketchup, lettuce, tomato, and a pickle. But the way it was prepared at this BK will cause me to wait another four years before I try it again. Do yourself a favor and skip the BK Impossible Burger.
Oh, yeah, the bathroom was clean but the tables in the dining room apparently aren’t wiped down as often as they should be crumbs on tables and seats, sticky...
