After many frustrating weeks, I WAS in fact, put in touch with a most helpful and responsive corporate manager. I want to thank Barbara Madden wholeheartedly for her excellent listening skills, willingness to compromise in ways that more than restored my faith in Arhaus, as well as her timely responsiveness and respect! I NOW WISH TO ADD THE OTHER FOUR STARS TO MY REVIEW!!
I have bought several pieces over the years from this store and had thought it worth the extra money due to past experience. This last purchase, couch ordered early April arriving early Sept was anything but a good experience. Customer service atrocious. Very difficult to get response to our dissatisfaction. Very clear when buying we had cats and leather needs to be able to handle that. Very first day looks like a rip in fabric. Runaround from that. Days later the seats began to make noise. Realized it’s not the seats but the construction. This overly expensive couch is defective and Arhaus unwilling to work with us at all! Recently received an email from regional director containing several grammatical errors and misspellings which simply said we didn’t purchase plan at purchase time and return time has past. Mind you, we had only taken ownership of it weeks prior. He was rude, did not even address the problem with the poor construction, and I will never ever purchase anything from this store again. Read moreGreat quality furniture however, I will never shop at the Burlington location again. I left the store today at 5:10pm because of the poor customer service. When I walked in I noticed three staff members behind the counter who were engaged in a nonwork related conversation that I could hear from the front door. I walked around the store twice without receiving a single salutaion or acknowledgement as a customer. I walked out of the store 20 minutes later after observing the consultants/manager in the same spot engaged in the same conversation. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Arhaus Furniture in Burlington. I placed a significant order for outdoor furniture and was assured at the time of purchase that all items were in stock and would be delivered by July 11. However, just days before the scheduled delivery, I received a call informing me that the delivery had been postponed to August.
While the sales team was very efficient and helpful when placing the order, the post-order customer service has been abysmal. The lack of communication and the unexpected delay are unacceptable. Do not trust this store for timely deliveries or reliable customer service. I will not be...
