Terrible experience with Service, time and again! If in the past, it was just unbearably slow… then now there is a Manager with a chip on her shoulder, who even herself doesn’t know her product, her duty to the customer and how to behave, represent and uphold the face and values of the company.

Specifically, when inquired of their combo deal and then went ahead to request the “soup and sandwich 🥪 “ (which happen to be the part of the advertised deal on a plaque right in front of her!) - associate turned (out to be!) manager - didn’t spot nor explain nor correct: that my sandwich wasn’t part of the deal!🤦🏻‍♀️

The pseudo manager then used the opportunity to come out and track me down in the dining area, with a “free drink” card clutched in her hand, attempted to use that fake “carrot 🥕 “ to threaten and berate me and to tell me off and to never to come into “Her Store 🏬 Now!” Wow 😯 Speechless 😶 Without Speech! In the words of the great Elaine Benis (“Seinfeld”). Such sheer unprofessionalism… never mind low self-esteem and defensiveness… in a service industry environment! Beyond belief! The company needs to rethink its Manager in Training program. A lesser person might have created a scandal for the entire store and made it a spectacle for 30 some people! I just gave the stupid free drink card to a student studying 📖 next to me and told the manager to grow up. The location, tho’ well situated and arranged - is...

Manager at this location is not customer service oriented. Menu and pastry selection is very limited in options. Their food is pre-made somewhere else and sits in the cases for many days. That’s why sandwiches are dry and stale. I’ve also caught workers constantly touching their nose and mouth repeatedly before touching food and beverages to be served with bare unwashed hands. Call me neurotic but I find it unhygienic. I am a coffee and cafe addict. I’ve spent an insane amount of money practically living at cafes in NYC when I was a grad student. I’d keep reordering sandwiches and espresso all day long while on my laptop. My latte was flat, bland with no taste, barely warm and watery. Employees don’t care about doing a good job or making customers happy. Even Starbucks has upped their game considerably by improving its drinks and treats customers better. I’m a coffee connoisseur and I’d rather go to Starbucks instead which is how low the bar is with service and food quality. The only positive is the location with plenty of parking and the spacious size of the cafe - that’s it. Also no matter what time of day you call, staff never picks up the phone. It’s not that busy so very strange and...

I went yesterday with my family after shopping. After spending a good amount of money on terrible lattes the people that were with us had a to go container of food waiting for us to get our order. Like a customer has the right to sit in a table to wait we did. When a lady with the rudest customer service attitude yelled from the cash register (we were on the other side of the store) to put the container away, when it was away the whole time. As I’m waiting again for something else I wanted to order the man at the register with the rudest customer service (even worse than hers) told me i had to leave his establishment now. I continued to wanted to order but he just kept staring and saying to leave now with my family. I never write reviews even if i had a bad experience. But it’s insane how this place has business with them two. Asking a customer to leave just because we had a CLOSED TO GO CONTAINER is insane. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. To make it all worse, when we were walking away they laughed about it with a customer that was in line behind me, they kept mocking and laughing at us. People like this shouldn’t have jobs that need to deal...

We’ve gone to a few of the Caffè Nero’s in the Boston area and they are all generally a good spot to grab a coffee and a treat. This morning we visited the Burlington Mall location and had a good experience. We ordered a large vanilla latte, regular coffee, apple coffee cake and a frittata for ~$17 total. The treats are always really good and the apple coffee cake was tasty. The frittata was also good and had bacon and caramelized onions mixed into it and was also good. We came here for a late morning snack and were satisfied with our choices. The service was friendly and a different vibe from the city when the workers are rushing to get through orders to work down the queue. The pricing was on par with other coffee places like Paul and the quality was fine. We would come back.

Once I walked in, it had a welcoming feel. Everything was kept clean and representable, the barista was very knowledgeable about the food a drinks here. She gave a great recommendation of the chicken salad on a croissant, which was to die for, nice and flaky croissant with nice pieces of chicken. I ordered a cold brew with cream and caramel which was perfect and tasted bold, just how I like it. The barista also recommended a cinnamon roll muffin, it had cinnamon and sugar oozy from the inside and a croissant type breading around. It was AMAZING! The prices were not bad at all, very affordable. Overall I had a great experience friendly staff, good atmosphere I Will be returning.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Their seasonal coffee blends are nice (e.g. Single Origin), and even if only the Clasico is available it's great. Jordan does a good job at informing of extra costs for additions or substitutions. And don't worry, even if I didn't mention your name here, the baristas do a good job. My favorite food item is the Vegetarian Frittata Copa ($5.95) and their banana bread is also nice ($2.95 per slice). I will say though, sometimes when there are new employees being onboarded, one person is left to deal with a line of 10 people. I've seen this happen a few times, and that's probably the only real complaint I would have.
