Bickford USA — Local services in Burlington

My mom, mother-in-law, and I stopped in while browsing downtown Burlington on a girls' trip. I prefer to buy locally / American made products (supporting sustainable slow fashion) when possible and was thrilled to see USA made in the window. I tried on a great sweater I plan to buy when back home (no room in my suitcase), the cotton blanket was beautiful and fairly priced, and I bought a pair of wood framed sunglasses unlike any I've seen before (I hate throwing away plastic when it breaks after a short time). They are lightweight and super comfy. We also tried the beef tallow hand moisturizer which was nice, and the mittens seemed really warm & awesome. The owner Luke was really friendly and informative without being pushy at all. Big fan of several Bickford products and wish this company...

The store has some really nice products. The gentleman in the tent was friendly and down to earth, he got me interested in exploring the store. However, the other employee in the store was overly pushy and persistently tried to convince me to buy random products I was not interested in. He kept on saying I look incredible and would look even better in the product he was selling. I had to politely decline multiple times before he finally gave up on the sale. If the person in the store was not as pushy and in my face, I would have bought something. 3 stars for the products and the one employee that was pleasant. If it weren’t for that, this would...

Such a charming store with cute and comfy, made in the USA clothing! We had a lovely chat with the owner, who shared the story behind the shop. I purchased a few things, including a button-up jacket that’s adorable and comfortable I get compliments every time I wear it! The website isn’t up yet, but once it is, I’ll definitely be ordering more. Wishing you all the best and continued success...
