the employees there are terrible and rude. i went in there with a friend, after being watched and followed around we felt uncomfortable and went to leave. on our way out i was accused of stealing and was asked to empty my pockets after i emptied them and showed i didn’t have anything they were still very rude. on my way out the manager told me she “hopes i get hit by a bus.” after this my sister called the store to make a complaint and explain how that was not okay to basically tell someone you hope they die by saying “get hit by a bus” to which the manager replied “agree...

Very bad customer service, they would not honor their marketing. I had to call corporate to get things fixed. I had to make a second trip back to urban outfitters which I shouldn’t of had to do (plus it’s very far away from where I live). I had a different manager fix the issue finally. The first manger and Associate I spoke with my first trip wouldn’t honor their own marketing. Not only that they said they would then at end when I saw my receipt I saw they did not in fact honor it. Workers are extremely rude and provide zero customer service. Every time I shop there, they follow my friends and I around the store, we always leave feeling extremely uncomfortable. The workers have assumed we were going to take accessories to the dressing rooms and asked us to leave our bags multiple times while they asked no one else. While my friend put her bag down, I saw one of the workers looking through her bag without permission. Overall there service is terrible, I do not recommend...
