Omg! What can I say. Billers jewelers saved a priceless ring. I wish I had a before and after Pic. It was broken in 3 spots. Sapphire was taken out because I was scared to lose it. Lost a side diamond and it was replaced earlier with a cz. Had taken it to several different jewelers who botched it further and I thought it was a loss. But still I held hope. I moved 3k miles away from Oregon to NC and did my research. And found that billers was THE place to take this ring to. I saved my money and brought it in and was NOT disappointed. I almost bursted into tears. I held it together until I got home. This ring will be passed to my daughter and hers abs so on and so forth. It's so so so so prettttyyyy. Kim knew exactly what needed to be done when she looked at it and I trusted her. And I'm glad I did. I was open to different colored lab created gems but she said diamond... she wasn't wrong. Its stunning!!! What a beauty. For $500 I got this ring fixed (broken in 3 spots) a 3/4 carrot lab created diamond in the center and a the same in one of the missing diamonds that was replaced by a Cz. Just absolutely stunning. The sentimental value alone i cannot relay enough to yall. And I couldn't find anyone to fix it. But I now know not to wear my precious rings all the time as I'm very hands on in life. Lost our constellation Omega whatch via FedEx traveling from SC to NC. $6k new. Ours was used and needed a tune-up for $400.00. Stan said he would make it right with us. He gave us $1500.00. Over 5 months of them not calling us when they say they would yi give us an update on the cost of repair. I had to call or email to receive any update at all. Absolutely terrible service! They had my watch for 2 months and did absolutely nothing with it and did not call me to inform me that they could not fix it. every time I would call he would give me an excuse saying he was waiting on parts after two months I sent my wife to get it and absolutely nothing has been done to my watch.
