We have bought hams here for years and have never been disappointed, until this time. Due to COVID they did not open the ham and show us before purchasing. Because we had never turned one away in the past we didn’t bother to check this when we got home. On Christmas Day, we took it out of the packaging 30 minutes before serving, as recommended, and were hit with a very distinct smokey scent! It was charbroiled black on the outside, will none of the usual crystallized sugar dripping from the pieces! It was too late to do anything about it so we embarrassingly served this disgusting looking and smelling ham! It was very dry, but thankfully our guests were very gracious and didn’t let it ruin our meal! This one completely missed any quality control and appears to have caught fire during cooking, or was forgotten and was way, way over cooked! I will never drop $83 for a ham here again until I can check it out before...

Went to pick up the cake at the appointed time & was told they were out. When I told them I had a reservation and email confirmation, I was basically told it wasn’t their problem. No, apology or anything. An email or phone call that they were out would have been appreciated. The associate asking if I wanted to substitute the red velvet for something else would have been appreciated. An apology would have been appreciated. The associate looking at me as if asking why I’m still standing there holding up the line was the tipping point. First & last time visiting. Train your staff on customer service, they represent whether you’ll have repeat customers or not regardless...

Two lines, prepaid, and not paid.. when i cash out the cashier was asking a lot of questions, she asked sis i order online bc, no i couldn’t get it to go through, so she said you just walked in a got what you want and paying now. Yes . i didn’t like the way she said it like i shouldn’t have gotten in and out so quick, or i shouldn’t had been able to do this.. what my money not wanted there what.
