They rather nickel and dime than focus on good customer service and building their customer base! I've had a terrible experience the last few times I've visited. I went to Legends a few years ago and asked for them to sprinkle some marinara on the top of my slice. The host proceeded to tell me that to sprinkle sauce on the top would have to be counted as a topping, $1.50+. All I needed was 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce. This seemed ridiculous so I decided not to proceed forward with my order. 5 years later I decided to give them another chance. I ordered a veggie hoagie, resistantly I agreed to pay .50 for mayo and .50 for pickles on my hoagie. When my meal came out, only 2 pickles were provided for my whole hoagie, this would barely cover 1/5 of the sandwich. In addition, one of them was the end of the pickle! I pointed out to my server that 2 small slices wouldn't cover my whole sandwich. She brought me out 4 more pieces and charged me an additoinal $1.00 for those. My frustration comes less from the amount of money spent and more due to the fact that I had to pay for the toppings in order to make the sandwich taste better. The veggie hoagie was completely tasteless and even the pickles tasted like water. It was an all-around bad experience. Now I remember why I stopped going to this restaurant. The owner desperately needs to understand Customer Experience much better. That's what leads to higher revenue, not applying frivolous charges to each order. All that causes is customers that do not return. But not all people are business-oriented, only revenue-oriented.
Lastly, we were sitting outside and my 6 year old was extremely uncomfortable sitting in the metal chairs and decided he rather stand up while we eating. I asked our waitress if she could bring out one of their wood indoor chairs for him. She went to check with the manager and came back to inform us that they said no. I really should have immediately walked out. Where is the customer service at this place? You rather see one of your guests standing to eat than to bring a chair outside...
Read moreI wish I didnt have to put one star. I wish it was 0. Waitress came over and got our drinks which was fine but that's when everything went downhill. She came back and took my order but didn't take the orders of the two people I was with, just blew them off and went to attend the people standing at the front desk. Once I said something she asked what they wanted and when they asked for a calzone she said they don't have those. Pretty sure you do because it's on the menu....she had to go get a menu to make sure that they really did have it! Then she had to come back a third time to make sure that we all ordered what we ordered. Which she was wrong yet again so we corrected her. I get that it's a small place to eat with a bar, but the service is awful. I've been here twice, this being the second time and I was hoping the second time was going to be better (I try to give benefit of the doubt) but I will NOT be coming back. This was a horrendous experience and the service is awful. Food is alright but I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for even just a quick...
Read moreOk, I've been going here for about 3mths. My girlfriend and I have been there about 20x's. Sorry,I'm not very good with names, but we've had 4 different bartenders and 1(the guy) is awesome. Treats my girl perfectly. Remembers our likes. Makes us feel welcome and liked. The 2nd was really nice as well, just didn't have that little extra something. The 3rd (the woman with short grey hair)didn't seem to like me very much. Which is ok. She was nice to my girl and that's all that matters to me. The 4th was horrible. There weren't that many customers and she was more interested in talking to her friend sitting at the bar than dealing with us. She completely ignored my girl on several occasions. My girl's bottle sat empty for too long. When my girl finally called for her she ignored her. Then when I called her and asked for another round, she only brought my drink back. Didn't look.Didn't ask.Didn't care if my girl wanted another. As for the food, I only had a personal pizza once and it...
