Starbucks — Restaurant in Burlington

Went there on Saturday to get a hot chocolate and the man that waited on me was to much into making sure everyone see and hear him that he didn’t even put whip cream or chocolate on top of the hot chocolate and when I ask he went and got the whip cream out and nothing came out of the can and he started laughing and grab another one and put so much he couldn’t get the lid on and then dumped it upside down in a bigger cup with the whip cream and chocolate on the bottom this was 5.00 for something wrong and it was not hot either never had a problem with this store just this person this is a job not a pick up place and when you order a drink you fix it like the description it said unless the customer...

I went to this Starbucks to purchase a muffin. My total was $3.72 or something around there. I handed the young lady a $5 bill and she didn’t give me my change back. I assume she expected a tip. That’s not the issue. I would have been okay tipping but it’s the fact that she just didn’t give me back my change. How did she know I wanted to tip? I find it very disrespectful.
