Friendly, authentic and absolutely delicious. Every Saturday at the farmer's market and during the week at city market I pick up at least a pack of the beef momos and a jar of the hot momo sauce. Both are beyond addicting. I tried the momos first because I though the name was cute. I've never actually had the hot momos but I always get the vegetable momos at grocery stores when I go shopping. I think the dumpling shape is really cute and the momo sauce they come with is perfect. Once you try it ou can't go back. I was craving for dumplings and I found Sherpa Foods at Farmers market. The moment, I ate it with Red hot tomato sauce, My eyes got rolled with the taste of it.

Amazing!! I am a vegetarian and they made steamed dumplings, stuffed with cabbage and onion and some spices and served with( hot, medium, mild) of dumplings sauce, it was perfectly blending with steamed dumplings.
